It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room (with queen futon sleeper), and sunroom - includes air conditioning (both up and down), two TVs, VCR, microwave, and other appliances. Sleeping accommodations include: three double beds, two singles, and the couch downstairs is futon (queen). Enjoy cookouts and the beautiful Lake views from the large covered porch which includes furniture, grill, and picnic table.
This Lake Home is located across the street from Lake Erie and Gem Beach's park and sandy beach. Gem Beach Resort includes a full service marina, transient dockage, walking paths, and the Beach Street Cafe all within walking distance. Good location for shopping, boat ramps and fishing charters, island ferries, and Cedar Point.

We stayed here in June of 2009, and we had a great time! There's a beautiful veiw of Lake Erie from the huge wrap around deck. Gem Beach is really pretty, and just a short walk away. The house is clean and cute. Two of the bedrooms upstairs were tiny, but the bathrooms are both spacious. The front sunroom was nice for the kids to hang out in while the adults hung out in the living room. This is a great rental for the price, and I would love to stay again in a few years!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.
