No need to drag chairs or umbrellas to/from your unit - our FREE BEACH SERVICE will have everything ready for you each and every day you are there! Our condo also sleeps 6 with 2 full bathrooms - unlike other condos with only 1 bathroom!

Come enjoy the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach right outside your door of this new luxurious condo. Wake up and have breakfast on the large balcony watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico. Have your favorite drink at the tiki bar next to one of the resorts beachside pools. Later, you can enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many beachside restaurants (coming soon!) right on our property. Later, relax at the Starbucks lounge or the Sky Bar surrounded with plasma TV's or have a snack at our snack stand near our brand new Floridita pool! You can also visit the brand new Pier Park Village just down the road where you will find an array of stores, movies, clubs, restuarants, and other fun things to do.

...and of course spend many relaxing hours on the Gulf's white sandy beach on our FREE beach chairs and umbrella!

Our spacious and free flowing floor plan features a fully-equipped designer kitchen with granite counter-tops, breakfast bar, and separate dining area. The inviting living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa with a 37" flat screen TV/DVD/Audio system which face the fully furnished balcony overlooking the sandy white beaches of the gulf of mexico. There is also a 2nd full bathroom for extra guests.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a full bath, and a flatscreen TV. Two hall bunk beds sleep two additional guests.

This is the largest one bedroom available and includes wireless “HIGH SPEED INTERNET”, incredible gulf and beach views from your ocean front balcony, and 24 hour concierge service. We are within walking distance of the new Towne of Seahaven and Pier Park. Planned amenities for this 5-Star Resort includes 5 swimming pools (2 beachside), 2 hot tubs, 5 star restaurant, 2 tiki bars, Starbuck's coffee shop, retail outlets, a 10,000sf Convention Center, and a 5000sf fitness center/complete day spa and 8 high speed elevators.

  • Wonderful time had by all for the week of 4th of July. Beach chair service was a wonderful feature for this unit. We were able to watch the fireworks on July 4th from the balcony. Hope to stay here again next year. Be sure and eat breakfast at Jeanie's One Stop across the street. Thanks to the owners for such a great place to stay and allowing us to use their home away from home.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach. The condo was exactly as described and we'll definitely go back again. Big, very private balcony with a terrific view. Fastest elevators on earth - beach & pool are easily accessible. Access to beach chairs was a big plus. While you're there, treat yourself to a great breakfast across the street at Jeanie's Diner!
