We stayed in this condo from June 25-July 2 and we had the best time! This condo is wonderfully furnished with everything you could imagine that you would need on vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with and everything went smooth. Would defnitely rent from again. Loved Shores of Panama so much we are looking into buying a condo there ourselves. Great experience from start to finish. It begins with a prime parking space and continues with a breath taking ocean view upon entry into unit! The carpet is new and fresh and the walls are bright and sun kissed. I come twice a year and find it very hard to leave each time! There is not a season I wouldn't stay here as I've come winter spring summer and fall. The owners are awesome to work with and ensure that your stay is enjoyable. Will definitely be back and wish I didn't have to leave! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations. See ya again real soon!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

This is my second year in a row of renting the same condo from the same owner and will continue renting it every year. The owner was very nice and courteous and made sure all was well when arrived. The condo has a breathtaking view and was very clean on arrival. The parking spot was the best in the house and made it very easy to go back and fourth from the room and the beach. The shores of panama are in a prime location being close to all the great sites panama city beach offers. Staying in the condo was like staying in a 5 star hotel but with the feel of being home by having washer and dryer available. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in! We had 6 people with us and did not ever once feel cramped. Large living room and balcony with a great view of the pool and beach! Being on the 22nd floor was wonderful with more privacy. I will definitely be staying here again.The pool was beautiful along with the condo. The owner was also great to work with!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

The man who rented us this condo gave us a good price and we thought we were getting a nice condo for a deal. The condo had so many things wrong with it that we left early. First, the whole place smelled like smoke and had carpet stains, the bed frame was broken (and we had to go get concrete blocks from WalMart just to prop the bed up so that we could attempt to sleep), the keycards never worked once and we had to keep going 21 floors down to the front desk to try and get someone to let us in and there was a constant grinding, humming noise above the condo that made it impossible to stay there. We let the owner know about all these things and have waited to hear back from him, since he said he was going to take it up with the condo association, but it's now been over a month and no word from him. This was the worst condo we've ever rented and ruined our vacation. NOTHING was nice about this condo.Owner response: We allow no smoking, the fame was down, and if I was not trying to help them in there budget would of know. There agree to accept this condo as is and clean. Without me going over would have not know that the last guest left this in such a mess. The humming noise is a resort problem and this was the frist we have ever hear of this problem and no one since has complain, I,m sure there was some noise - out of my control The key not working is also a resort issue, but this again is the first complain we have had on this issue . The evelator ride down and going to the front desk would of handle this, i'm sure. Was in the middle of trying to work out this problem with the couple, have not hear about the noise from the resort yet, I think its might of been a a/c unit -- which can happen. lesson I learn, is if you are going to be nice, still go over and clean even if you gave a night free! I'm sorry but after 5 years its seem that if a/c, door did not work the resort is doing a great job. Our agreement was to accept it as is and this would save them money! Do not feel this is a fair, due to our agreement!

We stayed here for a couple days because of the severe weather and tornados in North Alabama in April, 2011,and due to having no power at home. It was perfect. Very nicely decorated and furnished. great parking near the elevator. Shores of Panama has the best pool and is right next door to Pineapple Willys. The condo has beach chairs and even beach towels. Owners were the best to work with, could not ask for better. Fantastic experience.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
