Just 1 mile from Salty Brine Beach, 2 miles from Sand Hill Cove Beach and 3 miles from Scarborough Beach this newly furnished home is ideal for summer fun or quiet spring/fall weekends with the family. There's plenty of room for three couples or two entire families vacationing together. After a day at the beach let the kids run around in the yard on this quiet island yet you are less than a mile from some of the town's best seafood restaurants and the historic fishing port of Galilee where the Block Island Ferry departs. This is our vacation home which we use regularly, not an investment property. We acquired the property in the spring of 2007 and completely renovated it top to bottom in 2008 including an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings as well as new bedrooms and bathrooms. Late spring/late summer:        $1600-$1900 per week
Holiday Weekends:                $750/3 day weekend
Weekend Rentals at Other Times:  $650/3 day weekend
Weekday Rentals at Other Times:  $200/night (2 Night Minimum)
Off-season weekly rate:         $1400 per week
$500 Security deposit required; $100 cleaning fee per stay
