This wonderful and rare Palm floor plan will provide the perfect, relaxed setting for your getaway needs. The formal living area is light and bright with skylights and large sliding glass doors. Dark and dreary doesn't exist here. Exquisite furniture and decorator touches bring this room to life. The wall unit and 42 in. Plasma television create's the perfect screening room. Enjoy the discoveries within; ie: DVD and CD players, boardgames, and entertaining items. Timer lighting of the Wall unit not only highlights the museum pieces, but also provides for great mood lighting. The open floor plan of this home is great for relaxing or entertaining.
If you feel like doing some work, place yourself in the fully built-in office over looking the Court Yard. The Office is comprised of more drawers and cabinets than you could possibly need. The All-In-One Printer is at your disposal. Enjoy High Speed Internet, free long distance calling with a speaker phone for conference calls, and while doing your work keep up on the daily news or investment channels with the TV/VCR combo. Need a little break from all that work. Take a seat on one of the most comfortable leather sofa's you have ever experienced. This wonderful office has served us nicely and I know it will do the same for you.
Time to Dine? The dining table boasts seating for a party of eight! Put on a fabulous dinner with all the new acquaintances you've met at the club. Entertain in style with the beautiful stoneware and crystal stemware. The high backed chairs are perfect for hours of Bridge, Poker or Board games. Entertaining and dining is a breeze and a pleasure. Speaking of breezes, an alternative to dining in, is to dine al-fresco on the patio over looking the 16th tee of the Championship Golf Course. Or lounge in the California sun while watching the graceful swings of the golfers on the fairway. Beach towels are provided, but don't forget your sunscreen!
The Master bedroom is suited for a calming retreat or a romantic escape. Either way, you will find peace in this room! Take a long soak in the oversized tub of the private master bath. Get ready for your day with the lighted make-up mirror and blow dryer. Snuggle with your significant other in the California-king bed and watch a little TV on the big flat screen located in the hand carved armoire. Take a little afternoon nap or read a book in the chaise lounge, while enjoying the cool breezes coming off the mountain tops through the large sliding screen door. Can you tell, this is one of my favorite rooms!
Guest Bedroom and Bathroom are another nice addition to this home. Cool and Comfortable in warm tone and bits of whimsey in coral and shells from the sea. All the bedding in this home is of the finest linens and this Bedroom is no exception. Guest Bathroom can be closed off for guestroom usage, or left open for daily usage. This bath boasts of a large shower with massive water pressure and a wall unit with complimentary shampoo and conditioner. This is a fabulous space!
This unit provides two Patios: a beautiful private Court Yard with blooming flowers and plants. The most wonderful out door living room for relaxing. Automatic Awning for protection from the sun. Or if raining, enjoy the Awning protection and sit out and relax during a light shower.
The Other patio is on the golf course side. It also has automatic awnings for sun protect if needed. Dinning table and lounge chairs.
you will love having the choice of comfort and privacy, or entertaining with new friends, while watching the golfers Tee off.
Palm Valley Country Club is on of the most prestige's Country Clubs
in the Coachella Valley. The Club House has 2 restaurants, 12 Tennis courts 2 challenging 18 hole golf courses. Shop till you drop in the huge Tennis Pro shop, or if you are not into tennis, check out the Golf Pro shop, you will find all the latest designer
golfing and sporting clothing in these shops. Oh and if you need a new club, or a few balls they can accommodate those needs as well.
Feel like a facial, massage, weight trainer, you got it here! Just a few steps down the stairs of the beautiful club house, you will enter a fabulous spa, treatment, beauty, weight and cardio haven. Oh, don't forget if you break a nail they do that here too!

Why the Owner Chose Palm Valley Country Club
This home is a coveted Palm Unit. Many Palm Units have the breakfast room with bare walls. I was so fortunate to find this unit with all the built in cabinets for the Prefect Office
setting. I've re-decorated both the office and the kitchen, with new appliances, office equiptment, and in a soothing den atmosphere. Compfy and cozy, prefect for business or leisure with all the adminities of a prefect office setting or perfect Familyroom setting. No other Palm unit, that I've seen, has this prefect set up. (I've seen many of the Palm units in the country club). Just Enjoy, Breath and live well, work well if you must. You can do it here as I have for a few years.

Palm Valley Country Club is the most fabulous, realistic, desired Club in the area.
The tenure, the views, the social atmosphere surrounds you with tranquilty, and security. It is the most popular Country Club in the area, and when found, you will continue to come back to it's exquist property. I have had a number of Tenants who will not go anywhere else. Some have been spending their winter months here for 26 years.
I must agree, with those who have been here year after year, as I live in San Juan Capistrano, Beach area, and love to be here in my vacation home even in the HEAT of the summer. It's my sanctuary, my nesting place, and my peace from the rush of Orange Country. Once you step thru the door of this home, you too, will find peace.
The Desert offers great atmospheric qualities that i have not found any where else on the coast. I happen just feel better, move better, breath better, and look better out here. I hope you can see that in my posted picture, in the Court Yard of my beautiful home.
