Villa Oleandra is part of a large estate with part vineyard, part farmland and part woodland in Umbria, the green heart of Italy.

Our guests can enjoy spacious grounds including a number of games for children, a large garden with swimming pool, an old wood-fired oven, which can be used to make bread and roasts with traditional flavours. There is also a barbeque for unforgettable outdoor meals in the shade of the old oak tree and naturally, free access to the entire estate, so that you can, for example, try freshly picked wine grapes as you wander through the vineyard or taste the excellent wild cherries that hang from the trees around the villa. It has undergone total refurbishment and now consists of two large apartments rented as a whole villa.

By choosing Villa Oleandra as your base during your stay in Umbria, not only will you have the chance to enjoy all the wonders and initiatives that are on offered in the area, but you will also be excellently located for trips and excursions to the other major tourist localities of Umbria, such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Todi and Orvieto, or the capital, Rome, which is 60 miles away on the convenient motorway network or a mere 43 miles along the more pleasant, scenic roads.
