The old school house is a traditional Perigordean building of big oak beams and lovely stone fireplaces. It is nestled, with it's own terrace next to our private mill river, amongst a group of buildings forming the watermill.

This is a building full of traditional character and furnished in a simple rustic manner. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one bunk room and has 2 bathrooms. Outside on the terrace is a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture.

Our river is stocked with carp and basic fishing equipment can be provided free of charge. Bikes, canoe, kayak, badminton and a game room with table tennis and table football are also available free to guests. As is our heated pool.
We are in an ideal location to tour the many fascinating sites of the Dordogne from chateaux to caves.
