Watersound Beach Cottage - South Walton Beach Rental Be among the first to experience a truly unique vacation in our brand new beach cottage at Watersound Beach. Watersound Beach is an exclusive, private gated community that is sure to be the finest along 30-A and is centrally located among the quaint beach towns of Seaside, Seagrove, Secrest, Alys, and Rosemary Beaches. Watersound prides itself by hosting the most beautiful, unspoiled beaches along the Panhandle with towering dunes and sugar white sands. Enjoy the beautiful landscaping while taking a relaxing stroll along many natural paths and boardwalks, all of which lead to the beach. Watersound Beach also offers numerous amenities to enhance your family vacation. These include a cafe, fully equipped fitness center/sauna, Dunsider Grill, and Pool house (serving lunch in the summer), three heated pools, two terraces (each with an outdoor fireplace and grills), a park for kids and dogs, an 18 hole Putting Park, and a yacht pond. The beach cottage is located on the beach end of the street, only steps from the boardwalk that leads to the Watersound Beach Club and the beach. The cottage is newly built in 2006 and is very cozy and accommodating. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed. The two remaining bedrooms and loft are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other offers a double/twin bunk. The loft also has a double/twin bunk. The living room also hosts a queen pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. All rooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and DVD players. Each bedroom also has its own bath. Come and enjoy!
