Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival for low season, 60 days for high season. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival – 60 days for high season. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forefeited. If space can be rerented, a pro-rata refund may be issued.

Aloha! Our trip was awesome!! We loved the condo... beautiful, well kept, great location etc.

Oh by the way it was great staying at their condo, the security guard was awesome…he really is on top of things, even though we were a little concerned about the lighting around the buildings ( very dark) he made us feel safe, he made his rounds and did not miss a thing…I would definitely stay there again..We went to the office and praise him, they are very happy with him too..
