This was our family's first visit to Marlin Key and really enjoyed it. There were five adults and three children. This condo is so spacious, it never felt crowded. Loved the decor and the view from the balcony. We stayed a week and cooked every night except 2 nights and enjoyed it so much. Plenty of room for us to cook and eat. The kids loved the bunk beds and the other beds were very comfortable. The beach was not crowded at all, very peaceful. Everything was great and we hope to return next year.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Fabulous Vacation AGAIN

This was my group's 3rd year at Sharon's Marlin Key paradise and as usual it did not disappoint. The condo has so much personality - GREAT artwork - so you're always reminded you are AT the beach! We LOVE the big ice maker - always plenty to fill out adult 'sippy' cups for beach time. The water was clear and clean as was the sand. It's so nice to sit on the deck and hear the waves/birds - no high-rise for us! Mixed group of friends - mostly ladies - and some of us have been making this an annual event for 26 years. We love Sharon's condo and the location - lots of space inside and out - and so relaxing. There is lots to see and do in this area (always a Pedicure at the end of the week) but we mainly go for the beach. You'll never regret staying at this one!

Just got back from a gorgeous week at the beach. Have stayed here before and as usual this condo is immaculately clean, comfy furnishings, great location. We had great weather all week - a little rough surf but we were IN the water every day all week. There were workers around (pretty inconspicuous really) doing their job. We found a very few small tarballs (tip of your pinkie size) that were encapsulated in sand - no oil on feet, hands, chairs, towels. Really, without the workers our week was identical to last year. This is a great deal on a great condo in a great location. Go on down and contribute to the economy and take advantage of quiet clean beaches. OH - we found some great shells on one of the days when there was a small sand bar just off the edge of the beach. And yes, there were families with small children on the beach too! What more can you ask for? robin & crew

We had a wonderful time at your condo. My daughters and I agreed that yours was the best condo we have stayed in and plan on coming back next year. It was exactly what we needed and more than we expected. The art on the wall was great and so much fun and the beds were so comfy. The location and family atmosphere were perfect. My friends and I have been going to the beach for 26 years and we've found our destination for all our future stays. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The furnishings are great (2 new 'cushy' club chairs have replaced the papasan chair), beautiful collection of beachy art work reminds you where you are even in the evening. 2 adults in our group slept in the 'kids' room and the bunk beds are really comfy. The location on the beach is fabulous and due to low density in the area the beach was never crowded even in peak season - clean sand/clear cool water!! I can't imagine that we'll ever need to look for another place to stay - this will be it. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Marlin Key. The condo is beautiful inside. It has a great kitchen, awesome and very spacious master bedroom and bathroom, the kids loved all sleeping together in their room with the bunk beds. The beach is beautiful and was not crowded at all. The unit is close enough to the beach that the kids could walk back to the condo alone and wave to us from the balcony when they got inside. The Florabama is just a short walk down the beach and is a great spot for cocktails. We can't wait to go back again for Spring Break this year!

My family and friends have stayed in this condo on many occasions. Its a beautiful condo with a quiet private beach. It is close to the grocery and shopping. The condo is roomy and up to date. We will continue staying here. Its a great location!!!
