We planned a last minute trip to the Gulf Coast and were very pleased to find this unit available. It is on the second floor, so steps or elevators can be used. Truth is--we never waited longer than a minute on an elevator when we used them. This is an ocean front unit with great views from both the living room and the master. The lanai is really large. Another nice feature is the owner's use of the key code system on the front door-eliminates keeping up with keys. Owner's here are gracious enough to allow the use of beach toys they keep stored on the lanai and the complimentary use of the beach chairs and umbrella on the beach everyday was the icing on the cake

Your condo was beautiful! It was so nice to walk in and have everything right there for us! Furnished and loaded with EVERYTHING we needed and MORE! Very organized, and very spacious and beautifully decorated. We had cool weather with thunderstorms when we arrived, but that changed to sunny skies and 70's. The view from patio was just fantastic! One morning while drinking my coffee, i saw a pod of dolphins swim by and about 20 ducks. There are birds and herons on the beach. Its like a national park right in front of your eyes! I walked down to the left of our condo and was in the johnson beach state park area which wasnt much different than our beach. Clean white beautiful sand to walk on. Hot tub, warm lap pool, and swimming pool were nice also. My kids played volleyball, boogie boarded and played other sports on beach. We went kayaking, boating, and on a dolphin cruise also. Nice restaurants nearby. We picked up some steamed lobsters from Joe Patti's Seafood Co., very good prices on all types of fish. Thank you! :) ....our group: my 2 college kids (19, 20 yrs), my Marine stationed in Pensacola (21yrs), and 2 parents.

We loved the accommodations. The rooms were spacious and we just enjoyed the luxury. The balcony overlooking the beach was so peaceful. The umbrella and chairs on the beach that came with the room was a wonderful perquisite. Everything was very clean in the rooms. The shower was extra big and it was outstanding Our week was truly fantastic. We ate out some, but because of the great kitchen, we often got food at Publix and came back to eat. This condo was on the 2nd floor and it was easy to get to the beach quickly.. We enjoyed going to the nearby National Naval Aviation Museum and to the towns of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Restaurants nearby were the Shrimp Basket and the Trigger Restaurant for great seafood. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. I would recommend this condominium to anyone wanting a wonderful vacation.

We recently spent a lovely week at this property. The deck view overlooking the pools and the Gulf of Mexico is amazing. We thought the condo was darling, clean, and well maintained. We really liked the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area and would recommend the property and the area to family and friends. Thank you to the owners who were helpful and pleasant to work with.

Gosh, this place is so FANTASTIC!! Everything about it was perfect! - The VIEW is amazing!! Both from the living room and the master bedroom patio doors/windows. You can even see the ocean when you're working in the kitchen and when you're at the vanity in the master bath! Simply amazing! - The owners have made sure to have everything you might need for your visit! We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked! The indoor/outdoor G. Foreman grill was great and easy to clean afterwards. (we liked it so much, we're going to be purchasing our own!). We ate out on the patio for every meal while enjoying that superb view! - We really appreciated the info packet that the owners sent to us prior to our arrival. Listed nearby grocery stores, restaurants, directions, check in procedures. Very professional! - The CONDO itself was very spacious and clean. The master bed was very comfortable. The master bath jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the shower was HUGE! - The COMPLEX is very family friendly and the owners have tons of beach toys, floaters, etc. for your use. The BEACH SERVICE that was included in our stay was GREAT! The loungers and umbrella were set up and ready for us by 8 a.m. There were also beach chairs in our condo that we could take down to the beach to use at sunrise & sunset and also to sit with our toes in the ocean! We loved watching the sunrise on the beach and those chairs were super comfortable with pockets for your camera or ipod and drink holders. - The PERDIDO KEY BEACHES are white sugar sand and so clean. The clarity of the water was outstanding. You could be in neck deep water and still see your toes (and lots of little fish swimming about). The pool area was always meticulously skimmed and clean. Really enjoyed having a lap pool in the mornings, followed by the hot tub! - This was truly the best BEACH VACATION we ever had. We have previously stayed in private beach houses in the Appalachicola area. But, they never had pools, beach service, or hot tubs. - The only negative was that we were only there for a week. Would have loved to stay 2 weeks. In fact, our goal is to go for a month sometime in the future!! (But, unfortunately ~ work schedules prevail right now). THIS IS THE PLACE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR REST, RELAXATION, and REJUVENATION!!

Beautiful condo. Decorators authentic touch!!! Beautiful view and very nice guests at other units in this condo that we met on the beach. Very family oriented. Only negative is the parking . Overflow is across the street and this is a common problem at most condos.

Palacio was our first condo in Perdido Key in 2004. We were hooked right away. The Florida panhandle is a great vacation spot and the Palacio provides the luxury. The shower in the master bath is big enough for a party! Even the view from the kitchen sink is breathtaking. Meals on the balcony are a must when we visit. We have been back several times and highly recommend the area and the condo!
