Beautiful redecorated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo conveniently located 1/4 mile from the bottom of Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and 1/4 mile from the bottom of Main Street in Park City. The condo is on the Bus Route that will take you to either every 10 minutes. The ride is 2 minutes long to both.
The rental has slate flooring throughout and granite counters in all the baths. Custom Copper sinks finish out the décor. Enclosed one car garage, with parking in driveway for another vehicle, is available for your convenience.
Bottom level bedrooms have radiant heat, along with forced air, to keep you toasty in the cold months and the floors are accented with valuable Persian Carpets. Kitchen has gas stove with all the necessary utensils and cooking equipment to allow for in home dining.
Sit and relax in the leather sofas(one is also a Queen Sleeper) in front of the gas assisted fireplace after a long day of fun or take a luxurious soak in the private hottub just out your door. You might also enjoy sitting out on the porch and take in the cool summer breezes. There is also a portable gas barbeque for your cooking enjoyment.
