Crashing Waves Cabana LLC, welcomes you to Salt Creek Beach, the most beautiful beach in California. One mile south of Laguna Beach, this newly remodeled, 1000 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom luxury condominium is ideally located west of Pacific Coast Highway and is a short five minute walk to the third best rated beach in the United States, according to the Men's Journal Magazine. Many celebrities have beach homes in the area, used to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.
Both the Ritz Carlton and the St. Regis have developed world class five-star resorts in our community to take advantage of this beautiful beach paradise. Having traveled extensively around the world, we worked diligently to think of everything you will need to have the best vacation ever, in a cost effective manner. We designed our home to be peaceful, romantic and yet cozy. The main living space offers beautiful Spanish tile, a gourmet French Country kitchen, artwork by local artists, a 42 inch plasma screen TV and two very comfortable couches.
The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you will need to cook wonderful meals, and the dining area seats four.The master bedroom offers gorgeous hardwood floors, a queen-sized bed with finely appointed 500 thread count Macy’s linens and a 30 inch flat screen LCD-TV, with built-in DVD player. The master bathroom is spa like, with Italian travertine tile and a jacuzzi soaking tub.
There is also a wonderful outdoor lanai off the master suite. Our second bedroom also offers beautiful distressed wood floors and a 30 inch flat screen TV/DVD. The bedroom can be set up to accommodate two twin beds, a Day-Bed or we can join the two twins beds to make a California king. This room also offers a wonderful outdoor lanai.Our location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There are over 40 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll.
The world famous art colony, Laguna Beach, is one mile to the North. Historic San Juan Capistrano is four miles East. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry ride from our harbor. Visited in October during my daughter's fall break from school. The condo was spacious, clean and bright. Loved the beach theme and decor. Great beach just a short walk across the street. My wife had a back injury so the elevator to and from the beach was very useful instead of climbing the steps. We had one minor electrical issue but the owner was quick to return my call and walk me through re-setting a breaker switch. Kitchen was wonderful but we mostly visited the local restaurants - all a short drive away. Our favorite meals consisted of picking up take-out and eating at the picnic tables at sunset at the park across the street. What an amazing view of the Pacific and Catalina Island on the horizon! I would recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful time at this condo (July 2010). I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. It was perfectly located (just across the street was the beach)! My kids loved the TV in their room and thought the fold out bed was comfy, too. The rental is close to several grocery stores (one within walking distance) and many great restaurants. Just minutes away was Laguna Beach (Ruby's Diner) and Disneyland is less than half an hour away, too. This was our first time using a vacation rental and the owners made the entire process effortless. We can't wait to come back again!

My wife and I stayed in this unit during August, 2009. It was very nicely appointed and comfortable. All of the amenities in the listing were accurate and we found the place to be upscale and very clean. Its location was ideal in that it provided easy access to both Dana Point and Laguna Beach.

I had never been to Dana Pt. Calif. but I am glad I got an opportunity to visit. The condo we rented was everything as advertised, very clean, lower level, just across the street from the beach and easy access to the freeways, my kids and grandkids got to do everything we had planned for Disneyland, San Diego Zoo etc. I recommend it for sure looking forward to going there some time in the near future......thx.

The Property was well worth the cash we paid for it, with the exception of the pool being closed during our stay, it is ideally located near to the beach and a short drive to the shopping area. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed - including the cork screw which we forgot to take with us. Woulkd recomend it to anyone without a second thought. Our holiday was excellant. Our family went on a vacation in Laguna Beach last summer, and stayed in this wonderful condo. The attention to detail on their remodel is stunning, it's like staying in a 5-star resort. Being west of PCH was a big plus, as we didn't have to deal with crossing the freeway when going to the beach. There are great restaurants a short walk to the condo, so we didn't use the beautiful kitchen much. Highly recommend this condo
