New beach cottage off of scenic Highway 30A, just steps to your private beach access and swimming pool. The house is located in a recently completed development that is located a short distance from Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Watersound Beach. Seagrove and Seaside are both just a short drive away. At the same time, development's private access beach is quiet and relaxing. Enjoy our huge, private screened-in porch, take a dip in the heated pool or have a nice sunset walk on the beach. This hideaway is nestled amidst the magnolias of South Walton county, that offers great seclusion.
Three bedrooms include 2 queen beds and 1 bunk (double on bottom). Also, there is an additional pull-out sofa. Everything is included from towels and linens to the granite countertops, new appliances and hardwood flooring. 3 televisions, VCR/DVD, charcoal grill and beach buckets for the kids are also available. It is truly a beautiful location and development.
