There are two rock fireplaces one in the living room, one in the family room and a gas stove on the first floor.
Home is furnished in "mountain decor" the kitchen is well equipped. There is a two car garage the driveway is an "up-slope" and can be a challenge in the winter. Summer you have access to McKinney beach. There is a Bocce Ball court in the back yard.
