This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath detached cottage is a single unit dwelling with covered parking underneath. It's located just off of Shore Drive in a quiet family oriented community with 3 pools. The Beach, Apache Pier, and Ocean Annie's are only a short walk away. If you would rather drive there is a public (beach front) parking area directly across from the street that the cottage is on. Golf courses and restaurant row are just minutes away.
Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Factory Outlets, a Super Wal-Mart, Kroger and numerous other shops and restaurants are all close by.
It has been completely redecorated (as of March 2007) in a bright tropical-beach theme with new paint and flooring throughout. The living room has a new sleeper sofa and loveseat, and the kids will love the tiki-surf themed bedroom. There is a large covered balcony just off of the living room, and another entrance at the kitchen as well.
You will find all the amenities that you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped. Underneath the house is an enclosed storage room with a gas grill, sand toys and floats for the kids, umbrellas, and beach chairs. There is also an outdoor shower, picnic table and swing.
