This contemporary home at the jersey shore has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a large outside shower. We are located less than 50 feet from one of the nicest beaches on the east coast in the Chadwick Beach section of Lavallette.

The house has central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, wall-to-wall carpeting, broadband internet access with (Wifi) wireless internet access and a large second floor balcony accessible from 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and ocean views from the oversized balcony!!

Fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, cutlery, dinner & glassware, wine glasses, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher. You must supply your own linens and towels.

Sleeps up to 12 people as follows:

Bdrm 1: Queen Bed;
Bdrm 2: Queen Bed;
Bdrm 3: 1 bunk (twin top bunk & double futon bottom bunk);
Bdrm 4: 2 Twin beds and 1 Twin Size Trundle bed;
plus 1 Queen pull out sofa in the living room.

-NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
-Sorry, no group rentals. This is a family oriented neighborhood.
-All summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
-Check in at 2:00PM and check out by 11:00 AM.
-50% deposit at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
-$350 Security Deposit

Offseason Rentals available. Enjoy the quiet beach or just lounge by the fireplace! Daily Winter Rentals are available at a rate of $300 per night with a 3 night mimimum. Call for weekly/monthly rates.
