Fantastic vacation home!

Every year our 2 families get together for a family vacation. This was the perfect house, perfect location, perfect everything! We are in love with this property. Early in the morning we would sit on the back porch and watch the squirrels, red birds and humming birds feed. Frogs jump on the lily pads across the river. Kids loved jumping from the high deck and the diving board - not to mention all the tubing on the river. Not far from New Orleans and all the sites there either. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Several of my closest friends and I wanted to find a place to celebrate a birthday where we could completely relax and get away from it all. One Day offered this and so much more. The house was in immaculate condition and fully stocked. All we had to bring was our food/drinks. Everything else was provided. My friends and I will definitely spend many more weekends on the Tickfaw River at One Day. I fully recommend One Day for anyone needing to get away for a relaxing weekend or extended stay.

The two of us, our four granddaughters, and another couple enjoyed an absolutely fantastic four days at ONE DAY. The accommodations were great and the views were unbelievable. We spent the whole time there and didn't want to leave. Our days were spent swimming, sunbathing, fishing, napping, eating and watching the vast variety of river traffic. We hated to leave and hope to return next year.

Me and my family stayed here the next to last weekend in Sept. It was just WONDERFUL! We took our boat and spent a lot of time on the water. But the house was fabulous. Although I live in Louisiana we don't have waterfront property.It was perfect. We will be visiting again. If you're thinking about staying here...do it. IMO you won't regret it.
