First, it is BRAND NEW (March 2007) and professionally decorated with exceptional quality and upgrades throughout. We have the Windsong floor plan, which includes Two Master Oceanfront Bedrooms, two spacious baths plus three Bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, so the unit sleeps up to nine comfortably. This 1505 square foot floor plan is the best because Both Master Bedrooms and the Living Room overlook 400 feet of sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful emerald green ocean water of the Gulf. Plus, our unit is an End unit on the 19th floor with a spacious private 335 square foot balcony, which is accessible from both masters and the living area.

Our units features a king oceanfront master, another king oceanfront master, a queen sleeper sofa, and three bunk beds, sleeping nine. We have a full entertainment center with a large screen TV, audio/video, internet, ceiling fans and wonderful artwork. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and every modern appliance, and the unit has a full-size washer and dryer.

  • 8/31/09 - 9/5/09 This condo was great! We had four adults and three children and had plenty of room. This was my first vrbo experience, and Don was excellent to work with. My boys loved the lazy river, and the mini-bowling arcade. The condo is on the 19th floor, but view was great and the room was convieniently located on the elevator side of the tower. We had no problems with any wait times, although busier times might be longer. I hope we are able to visit Splash again next year.

  • We had two families stay in Don & Kelly's condo the 1st week of June 2009. It was WONDERFUL! We had plenty of room for everyone & the kids loved the bunks. The view from the balcony was Spectaular & we watched the sting rays swimming daily. The location of Splash is great for families & we will definitely return and would love to stay in this unit again. It has everything you need and more to have an AWESOME vacation in PC Beach.
