"Blue Tide" 2B is a beautifully furnished condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 balconies overlooking the Gulf, very spacious with 1800+ sq. feet of living space that directly overlooks the Gulf. You can walk off the family room balcony to the steps leading to the georgeous beach. Located on Scenic Highway 30A, 2 miles from Rosemary Beach and a few miles east of Watercolor, Seagrove, and Seaside beaches. It has been recently re-modeled with all new granite counter tops, new vanities, new lighting, new stairway carpeting, a new large, tumble stone tiled master shower with 2 shower heads - one being a rain shower that will wash away all your worries, new toilets, upscale 20x20 floor tiling and high quality furnishings. It offers a very light, fun and relaxing beachy feel. You will definitely feel like you are on vacation. It is also located on a scenic 17 mile bike trail. Bikes can be easily rented and delivered to the condo.
Enjoy the Georgeous panoramic views to the east and west from the 2 private balconies of the white sugar sand beach and sparkling emerald green water. It is truly breathtaking. There is nothing more beautiful and relaxing than winding up a day on the beach, shopping or site-seeing by watching the incredible scene of the sun setting over the water. You won't want to miss it a single day. The condo design is such that the sun is in front of you going over the water, but never directly into the condo, so you will never need to close the shades. Sun up to sun set you can watch and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Even at night, there is privacy and no one can see into the condo.
There is a private pool on-site. Large bedrooms with a king size bed in the master, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 singles that can be pulled together in the 3rd bedroom/loft (private with separate stairs), 3 full baths. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed in the family room. The family room has an LCD TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. TV's are also in the master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom/loft. All with cable. Master bathroom has a separate vanity and sink area outside of the bathroom/vanity and shower. Free long distance and local phone service(within the US only). It also has wireless internet service.
The condo comes with a fully equiped kitchen (you can save a lot of $$$ by eating in - while watching and listening to the ocean :)) with a good sized breakfast bar, 2 bar chairs and a large dining area with a table that will easily sit 6. Linens, towels and a full size washer and dryer are provided. There is a wet bar and wood burning fireplace. Two hundred linear feet of beautiful private beach. There are only 18 condos in this quaint, quiet, family friendly community. The sunsets are spectacular. Fantastic atmosphere for a wonderful family vacation that will be remembered and treasured. Close to Watercolor, Rpsemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and just down HWY 98 Destin and Panama City, many great restaurants, shopping, 17 miles of flat bike trails, tennis, great golf courses, many entertaining sites.
There are 2 grills out front near the parking entrance.

Check in is 3:00 p.m., Check-out is 10:00 a.m. * It may appear on the calendar that Saturdays are booked, but the guests leave by 10:00 am Sat. morning, which means it is open for arrivals that afternoon.
Bicycle rentals are available at Big Fish Bike rentals. Discounts available if rented in advance and they will deliver and pick up.
Play tennis on the clay tennis courts of Water Color or Rosemary Beach Racket Club
Many top golf courses available for public use - Santa Rosa Golf Club, Burnt Pines, The Links, Baytowne, Greg Norman's Shark Tooth Golf Course, Raven.
Publix and Winn Dixie are located 3-4 miles east on HWY 98 at Carillon Beach or you call Beach Butlers who will grocery shop for you and have it delivered.
Reservations are not guaranteed until the rental amount is paid in full or an acceptable deposit has been received.
For a rental of 4 or more nights, cleaning fees are included. If less than 4 nights a fee of $100 will be charged for cleaning.

Why the Owner Chose Blue Tide
The gulf of Mexico with the blue waters and sugar white sand are breathtaking and all the local ammenities make this area very special and a fun place to vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
First of all, when you walk in the door the view of the gulf is a true ahhhh! moment. The decor of the condo is light colors and very beachy with upscale furnishings. You will know you are at the beach and on vacation. We love listening to the rolling waves of the ocean all day and the evening. The views from the 2 balconies are spectacular. Watching the dolphins swim by (usually in the morning and the evening) is fun and our favorite thing is to watch the sunset each evening. Hanging out on the sand or the grassy area in the evening is so much more relaxing and fun than going out to one of the great restaurants. It is also great to be able to walk off the family room balcony to the steps to the ocean rather than go through hall ways or elevators. We also enjoy the many great restaurants in the area and places to see. Many families love the 17 mile bike trail to explore 30-A - great family fun.
