"Blue Tide" 2B is a beautifully furnished condo with 3 bedrooms (one being the loft), 3 full baths, 2 balconies overlooking the Gulf, very spacious with 1800+ sq. feet of living space that directly overlooks the Gulf. You can walk off the family room balcony to the steps leading to the georgeous beach. Located on Scenic Highway 30A, 2 miles from Rosemary Beach and a few miles east of Watercolor, Seagrove, and Seaside beaches. It offers a very light, fun and relaxing beachy feel. You will definitely feel like you are on vacation. It is also located on a scenic 17 mile bike trail. Bikes can be easily rented and delivered to the condo.
Enjoy the Georgeous panoramic views to the east and west from the 2 private balconies of the white sugar sand beach and sparkling emerald green water. It is truly breathtaking. There is nothing more beautiful and relaxing than winding up a day on the beach, shopping or site-seeing by watching the incredible scene of the sun setting over the water. You won't want to miss it a single day. The condo design is such that the sun is in front of you going over the water, but never directly into the condo, so you will never need to close the shades. Sun up to sun set you can watch and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Even at night, there is privacy and no one can see into the condo.
There is a private pool on-site. Large bedrooms with a king size bed in the master, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom/loft (private with separate stairs), 3 full baths. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed in the family room. The family room has an LED TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. TV's are also in the master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom/loft. All with cable. Master bathroom has a separate vanity and sink area outside of the bathroom/vanity and shower. Free long distance and local phone service(within the US only). It also has wireless internet service. There are family and children's DVD's to choose from to watch.
The condo comes with a fully equiped kitchen (you can save a lot of $$$ by eating in - while watching and listening to the ocean :)) with a good sized breakfast bar, 2 bar chairs and a large dining area with a table that will easily sit 6. Linens, towels and a full size washer and dryer are provided. There is a wet bar and wood burning fireplace. Two hundred linear feet of beautiful private beach. There are only 18 condos in this quaint, quiet, family friendly community. The sunsets are spectacular. Fantastic atmosphere for a wonderful family vacation that will be remembered and treasured. Close to Watercolor, Rpsemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and just down HWY 98 Destin and Panama City, many great restaurants, shopping, 17 miles of flat bike trails, tennis, great golf courses, many entertaining sites.

Why the Owner Chose Blue Tide
The gulf of Mexico with the blue waters and sugar white sand are breathtaking and all the local ammenities make this area very special and a fun place to vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
First of all, when you walk in the door the view of the gulf is a true ahhhh! moment. The decor of the condo is light colors and very beachy with upscale furnishings. You will know you are at the beach and on vacation. We love listening to the rolling waves of the ocean all day and the evening. The views from the 2 balconies are spectacular. Watching the dolphins swim by (usually in the morning and the evening) is fun and our favorite thing is to watch the sunset each evening. Hanging out on the sand or the grassy area in the evening is so much more relaxing and fun than going out to one of the great restaurants. It is also great to be able to walk off the family room balcony to the steps to the ocean rather than go through hall ways or elevators. We also enjoy the many great restaurants in the area and places to see. Many families love the 17 mile bike trail to explore 30-A - great family fun.

We are a fun loving, engaged couple from Atlanta that have an incredible time at the beach and try to go whenever the condo is not rented. I thas been renting for more than 40 weeks a year, so we anxiously wait until we can get there. Every time is like the first time for us. We love it!

What a great oceanfront condo! The views of the ocean were breathtaking. The condo was luxurious but comfortable. We have been going to Seacrest for the last 6 years and have stayed at a different place each time hoping to find the perfect one for us . This is it. Brad thanks alot

We have stayed at Blue Tide 2b three times and hope to continue to rent here every chance we get. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing trip to the beach. It is spacious, clean, and most importantly it is steps away from the beach with great views of the ocean. The owner is so easy to work with and does everything in his power to make sure you and your family have a wonderful experience. My children especially love riding bikes on the trail to the park or Rosemary Beach for breakfast. Easy to get to restaurants, Seaside, Rosemary but not so crowded on the beach that you can't find a spot!! The best of both worlds. All in all, it is our favorite vacation spot and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation surrounded by the best of Florida!!!

We had the best week ever! WE typically vacation in Outer Banks NC and we thought we would try something different this year and although we love love love OBX...we fell in LOVE with this home, the water and the lifestyle. We had more family fun than we have ever! Just a few ( I think the kids counted 53!!) steps to you very own beach area, and what more could you ask for?! We would go out every morning and set up our tent and chairs and hang there for the day, we would bring our meals down to the beach or eat them on the balcony. Leave the master bedroom doors cracked just a tad and listen to the ocean ALL NIGHT LONG!! It was the best ever! We truely LOVED this Condo and would not stay anywhere else! We have 7 family members and there was something there for everyone of us! The kitchen was excellant, the bathrooms were awesome...Master Bathroom shower was fabulous! We all want to go back NOW!!! The kids are even saving money so we are assured to return next year! You cannot beat the price of this condo for the location and what you get! WOW! I gotta say, trying to decide where to go first each day was a bit of a challenge...Go to the beach or to the pool...Hard decisions!!! We made round trips all day long! The pool was typically used by no one else except for us when we would go so it was like we had our own private pool! The beach was never crowded, and you cannot hear any of the neighbors while staying there, and it was completly booked! This condo was sparkling clean, beds were great, and again LOCATION was AWESOME! We will return next year and are counting the days until we do! THANK YOU for a GREAT vacation!
