Wrap around porches on both floors give this "fun house" southern charm. The porches are furnished with white furniture that give you a great place to sit while watching your children swim in the pool. You can cook on the gas grill or have your afternoon drink on these wonderful porches as you see the beautiful sunset over the ocean.
This house is the best. It offers privacy for those that need to be by themselves; it offers a great family room for those that love to spend time in a group. It offers the best of all worlds. There are three bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. Two are on the first floor and one is on the second. One downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen and double bunk bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen.The second floor also houses the kitchen, the dining area, the washer and dryer and the sitting area.
The colors adorning the houseare hot pink, "bawdy blue" and yellow. It speaks beach. You are only a hop, skip and a jump from the beach (50 feet). The golf club is within walking distance- about 1/2 mile. Come and enjoy this fabulous place. It is a touch of heaven right here on earth. Shopping and eating are also within walking distance at Gulf Place and Stinky's Fish Camp restaurant.

Great location, but had some unwelcome visitors!

The house itself was very nice and in a great location, very easy walk across the street to a gorgeous beach. The house and pool appeared clean,however, we had a huge problem with large roaches (palmetto bugs) in the kitchen area. The first night we killed 7 in the kitchen! The property maintenance came promptly the next day and sprayed, and then had a professional come and spray but we continued to see roaches (several) on a daily basis, and saw roach droppings throughout the house. If it weren't for the pests, the house would have been great! Hopefully the problem will be remedied before the next guests arrive. Would recommend making sure the house was roach bombed before visit! There is a great bike trail that runs along the oceanside, so if you have bikes, bring them!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
