Whether it is curling up by the gas fireplace with a cup of tea and one of the many books available to our guests, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine from the peaceful ocean view deck and surroundings, this home is sure to make memories for years to come. With one of the most spectacular beaches on the Washington Coast just outside your door, your days will be busy with beach combing, clam digging, kite flying, or just walking the miles of pristine beach. At the end of the day you'll appreciate relaxing in the hydrotherapeutic spa (provided by Clearwater Spas) before you retire inside for the evening to enjoy a movie from the expansive video selection of over 300 movies or up to 250 channels on DIRECTV!

Joey's Beach House has 3 bedrooms, two downstairs and the Master Bedroom upstairs and can sleep 9 adults comfortably and up to 10 if needed.

One bedroom downstairs includes an exquisite queen sleigh bed with matching furniture that leads out to your private deck and hot tub. (Sleeps 2)

One bedroom downstairs includes two full beds with Asian inspired designed beds and furnishings. (Sleeps up to 4 adults)

Master Bedroom includes an extraordinary King Size bed with custom furnishings throughout. Joey's master bed includes premium plush Stearns and Foster mattresses and bedding. (Sleeps 2)

An additional dreamer fold out bed is located in the living room ottoman in the great room along with a mission style couch and chaise lounge (Sleeps 1-3)

Each reservation includes a complimentary bottle of wine (please specify red or white upon reservation). 2 bottles provided for weekly reservations and holiday periods!

Fine whole bean coffee is included with your stay. Coffee grinder, coffee press, drip coffee maker and water boiler is located in the kitchen!

Pet spa package is available upon check-in that includes dog treats, towels, throw sheets and poo bags. 2 well groomed and well behaved pets allowed in Joey's Beach House! More than 2 can be accommodated with additional fees and prior approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be provided 14 days prior to your scheduled stay to qualify for the one year extension of your reservation. If you decide to cancel within this period, you can use your existing deposit of $300.00 for a future reservation good up to one year. Deposits and cleaning fees can not and will not be returned once a reservation has been made. Cancellations provided after the 14 day cutoff are forfeited and all deposits and cleaning fees can not be returned or used at a future date.

  • Off Street Parking : Additional parking is available to the north side of Joey's beach house. RV parking is available along Clerf Street. Please be sure to stay clear of Duke and Darien Lanes to avoid obstructing driveways.
