Joey's Beach House has 3 bedrooms, two downstairs and the Master Bedroom upstairs and can sleep 9 adults comfortably and up to 10 if needed.
One bedroom downstairs includes an exquisite queen sleigh bed with matching furniture that leads out to your private deck and hot tub. (Sleeps 2)
One bedroom downstairs includes two full beds with Asian inspired designed beds and furnishings. (Sleeps up to 4 adults)
Master Bedroom includes an extraordinary King Size bed with custom furnishings throughout. Joey's master bed includes premium plush Stearns and Foster mattresses and bedding. (Sleeps 2)
An additional dreamer fold out bed is located in the living room ottoman in the great room along with a mission style couch and chaise lounge (Sleeps 1-3)

Pet spa package is available upon check-in that includes dog treats, towels, throw sheets and poo bags. 2 well groomed and well behaved pets allowed in Joey's Beach House! More than 2 can be accommodated with additional fees and prior approval.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be provided 14 days prior to your scheduled stay. If you decide to cancel within this period, you can use your existing deposit of $300.00 for a future reservation good up to one year. Cancellations provided after the 14 day cutoff are forfeited and can not be returned.

Pacific Beach is unique in that it provides a truly tranquil place to enjoy high bluff views as well as easy access to miles and miles of pristine beach. Unlike Ocean Shores, which is constantly filled with tourists; Pacific Beach enjoys peaceful settings and is still a place where people come to relax and unwind without all the busyness of mopeds, crowds and partiers.

The view is constantly changing. Each day we stay, there is always something new that we gaze upon outside our floor to ceiling windows. The lower deck hot tub and 2 person shower with constant hot water are also just a few perks we love about the home when we stay:)

Owners, Jamey and Frank are no strangers to travel! Having both served in the US Navy, they have paved the world far and wide but always ended up back where they started in the Pacific Northwest. Having stayed in exquisite properties around the world, they have taken inspiration from many and designed a beach home based on a "world traveler" view. The most important thing about Joey's Beach House though, is it's dog friendly reputation! At Joey's Beach House, dogs are just as important as our human guests and the luxury amenities we provide proves it! We have to say, after driving over 5 hours through traffic and arriving with family from all different directions, it was such a welcomed surprise to arrive at your home and be surrounded by the most tranquil and comfortable vacation rentals EVER! It was a wonderful quiet weekend! Not many people in the area and our dogs had a truly spunky and frolicking weekend playing on the beach and chasing seagulls. It was funny watching grandpa stand in the wind and rain grilling steak on the barbeque! Thanks so much for truly a memorable and exceptional beach getaway adventure! You folks truly are the best!

How fortunate we felt entering the house to such a beautiful and inviting home in the middle of the night. Traffic was a nightmare and we almost got hit twice getting here. All of that is now a distant memory as I have awakened to one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed! I can't tell you guys how thankful we are to have had such wonderful people like you guys to accommodate us on such short notice! We can't wait to be back here again and our dogs Shorty and Roxy are already begging us to stay here again:) You folks are truly the best! Thank you so much!

We spent a full week at this place and it is quite simply THE BEST place we've ever stayed! You folks have provided such a haven for pet lovers and your love of fine design shines through! We can't wait to be back again. Our friends from California are already talking about visiting your place and I've told them to get their reservation in early! 5 stars wouldn't be enough to say how great this property is! 10 stars wouldn't be enough! Your beach house is truly a "cut above" the rest and we were blessed and fortunate enough to get a reservation during the summer months. We couldn't have asked for better weather and the beach was so amazing. We spent every morning going for a walk in the crisp air with just a trace of fog blanketing the bluff. On our way back we stopped at a little coffee shop in town for a nice warm cup of brew before heading back to the house for a nice hot breakfast and some reading of one of your 100's of books you have placed so neatly around the house. Late at night we'd fire up the hot tub after a long day of exploring and enjoyed a relaxing soak with jets that melted all our cares away:) This was absolutely, HANDS DOWN, the best vacation we've ever had. We travel all over the world when we go on vacation and with the economy being the way it is right now, we just couldn't afford to do that this year. Coming to Joey's Beach House has truly proven that staying close to home is quite simply more than just an economic solution but an experience of staying in a home that truly exudes the qualities of a labor of love. Thank you so much for providing a truly "exceptional" experience!

So much of it is so unique and it has a "brilliant" factor that I've only seen in few places we've stayed throughout our travels. Today, we got married on the beach! It was an absolutely STUNNING 80 degree day. We are so glad we chose this beach and this beach house to stay in on our most important day. Our 3 "kids" Myla, Buddy and Pepper loved the beach. Our 9 year old rottie was acting like a puppy again. We had a great time playing in the waves. My best friend and I rarely get a weekend to ourselves. We are both busy with jobs, kids and family, that take up the bulk of our days. This was the first weekend in a long time that it was just us. We laughed, shopped, made dinner and challenged ourselves with the TV remote. It was a great weekend! We hope to do this again soon. Thank you for providing a beautiful place, tastefully decorated and devoid of 1970's furniture! Everything was perfect! We will be back:)
