This newly constructed raised beach house was completed in February 2007 and is immaculate. The construction and interior trim is far beyond the average beach house. It consists of three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with tv's and extended cable. Newly installed WIRELESS internet service.
The living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa,love sofa, recliner and TV DVD/VCR inside an entertainment console. It has a fully equipped kitchen with tiled counter-tops and maple cabinets. The tiled flooring accented with carpet in the bedrooms, nine feet ceilings and chair railing adds unique character to this property.
The outside of this unit is just as special. If sunbathing and shade is your preference, the huge deck offers both. This unit is both exposed for sunbathing and covered for your protection. A sitting area and enclosed outside shower facility compliments the covered parking area. We take pride in offering a unit of this quality to be your home away from home. I rented this home for our family vacation in Ocean lakes which is a fun a great place to stay. The house is beautiful and immaculately maintained very tastefully decorated and is very well equipped with all the things you need throughout you stay. I'd highly recommend this property. The rates are very reasonable the golf cart is a bonus, for how amazing this house is, and the entire experience made our vacation very enjoyable. I'll certainly look up this owner and property in the future when we travel back to the Myrtle Beach Area. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The landlords are friendly and very accommodating.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

This house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful trip. The porch with 2 fans became our outdoor room. We will definitely be staying here again ! Excellent location about 2 blocks from the beach.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.
