This newly constructed raised beach house was completed in February 2007 and is immaculate. The construction and interior trim is far beyond the average beach house. It consists of three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with tv's and extended cable.
The living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa,love sofa, recliner and TV DVD/VCR inside an entertainment console. It has a fully equipped kitchen with tiled counter-tops and maple cabinets. The tiled flooring accented with carpet in the bedrooms, nine feet ceilings and chair railing adds unique character to this property.
The outside of this unit is just as special. If sunbathing and shade is your preference, the huge deck offers both. This unit is both exposed for sunbathing and covered for your protection.
