This penthouse condominium/apartment, perched on the top floor, boasts the area’s best view of the river, the bluffs, and the landscape.

But there’s so much more the just the value and the view. Our El Grande Double unit includes up to three bedrooms, with a fully-equipped kitchen, large-size sauna, three bathrooms, two fireplaces. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a fireplace. The second bedroom includes two queen-sized beds. There is a sleeper-sofa in the living room. Two queen-sized beds and another sleeper sofa are in the attached room, along with a balcony and a kitchenette. You can comfortably sleep up to fourteen. If you come with a smaller group of people, we can offer reduced rates. Perfect for special celebrations or just a relaxing getaway.

We had the pleasure of staying in this 2 bedroom condo for 2 nights in June. We found the condo quite beautiful and there was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 5 children in our family. It was very clean and we were just delighted with all the amenities. The photos are just as the property appeared and all our expectations were surpassed!! The owner was easy to work with and we want to thank him for sharing this great condo! Young and old enjoyed the waterpark and our only regret was that we only had 2 nights to stay! You will NOT be disappointed!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
