We stayed with several friends during early October and it was perfect from start to finish. Every bedroom was comfortable and well appointed. We chose the room by the pool and had morning sun. The kitchen is very easy to work in and we cooked every night. We had spectacular sunsets looking west from the upper terrace. This villa is so convenient for everything and we took long walks in the morning around the peninsula. Old Antibes is so quaint and charming and lots of fun shops andw restaurants. The Saturday morning market had everything we needed for our meals! I can't say enough and words do not adequately describe how lovely this home and property really are. Can't wait to go back!

My whole family loved the place and we want to come back next year! The location is amazing and the house has so many different areas to hang out at. My favourites though were the terrace and the pool area that overlook the bay. The house looks exactly like the photos and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend it.

We have rented this property for the past four years. This alone says that we LOVE going back. The property far exceeds the listing description. Everything one could want to make you feel at home is there. The property reminds me of an old French villa with charm. Even though you are within walking distance of the Sea, it is very nice to have the pool just out the back door - the grandchildren love it. The property has always been clean and well maintained. We were very pleased with the addition, this year, of an automatic security gate, which makes us feel very secure. The property was always ready for us at the time we agreed to, if not before. The information sheet the owner gives you answers all of your questions. The walk to the beach and town is very short (we walked to town every day and enjoyed it). Our two children and their families walked to the sandy beach just about every day, and no complaints from the young grandchildren. There is so much activity (watching fireworks from the front balcony is outstanding and no crowds to fight) Jazz Festivals, and on and on. Over the years we have discovered so many nearby places to explore such as Grasse - the perfume capital, the cities of Nice, Antibes, Cannes, and the island of Ste. Marguerite, where we have made an annual family excursion by boat for a day of picnic, swimming, and walking. We would highly recommend this property to family (ours are always with us and cannot wait for the next year) and friends.
