Welcome to our beautifully furnished second home located in the quiet mountain community of Wildernest. We are at the top of Buffalo Mountain, just above Silverthorne and Dillon. Wildernest is located just minutes from five World Class Ski Resorts; Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Loveland. The resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek are within a short 30 minute drive.
After a fun filled day of winter or summer activities, sit back on the leather sofa in front of the rock fireplace and take in the magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains from the wall-to-wall picture windows. In the morning, enjoy the breathtaking sunrise over the Continental Divide from the breakfast bar which seats four, or the lodge-style dining table which seats eight. The views from inside the condo or from either of the two decks are spectacular any time of the day or night. After an incredible sunset, the slopes of Keystone Mountain twinkle before you, ready for night skiing.
After a wonderful meal prepared in the remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, 'the best clubhouse in Summit County' awaits to soothe and rejuvenate your senses. Just steps away, the clubhouse hosts a pool, two bubbling hot tubs, tennis courts, pool table, foosball, ping pong, sauna, showers, and a comfy lounge area with large screen TV and rock fireplace.
Back at the condo an extensive movie library and HD 37" flatscreen await your viewing pleasure. A good night's sleep is sure to follow when you retire to the "Western" or "Outdoor Sports" rooms, which boast new queen beds with luxury pillow-top mattresses and down comforters. Or you may choose the upstairs bunk room which houses two more new queen beds with doctors' choice mattresses (oh so comfy!) and 2 twin loft beds. In any case you're sure to feel pampered.
For the outdoor enthusiast, miles of cross-country, snowshoe, and hiking trails are literally right off the back deck. There is so much to see and do in Summit County, from dining to nightlife to movie cinemas, recreation centers, gyms and spas, to outdoor sports, both winter and summer.
There is a free shuttle which picks up right in front of our complex and drops you at the outlet mall (for great shopping!) or right at the base of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper or A-Basin. You can't beat it! No need to worry about driving to restaurants, the cinema, or for a night out on the town. It runs daily from 6:00 am to midnight or 2:00 am depending on the season.
We have a three-ring binder in the condo loaded with pamphlets on tons of fun things to see and do. We know you will love our place and have an exciting and memorable vacation! Hope to see you soon!

Why the Owner Chose Timber Ridge
We chose TimberRidge because of its close proximity to five World Class Ski Resorts, AND because we have five teenage snowboarders. I also come from a very large family and the Wildernest area brings back fond memories of family reunions, past. My husband and I looked at 35-40 properties before choosing ours. The main factor in our choice was the clubhouse. The wonderful clubhouse is like an extension of our home. It is steps from our place and the kids absolutely LOVE it!...(and it is beautiful)! The second factor is the VIEW! Although we live in the foothills of Denver in a mountain community, we didn't have the views...well, we do now. The views from our condo are breathtaking and phenomenal! We have guests that have 'never left' the great room or deck during their stay...YES, the views are THAT spectacular!!!!
Home of the 'highest marina' in elevation in the country...and definitely one of the most beautiful lakes you'll ever see! Evergreen trees and snowcapped mountains all around you...simply heavenly!
Over 70 famous name outlet stores for the shopping enthusiast in your group...(every group has at least one)!
Home to night skiing...you can see the twinkling lights from the condo at night. Our kids' favorite place to ski and board...you can ski from 9am to 9pm! Less than 10 miles from the door of our condo!
Buy a lift ticket here and it can be used at Keystone for night skiing at the end of the day! Great way to ski 2 world class resorts for one price!
Copper Mtn. has a great deal if you go out or spend money at their stores...you get free day care for your children! What a deal!
Gorgeous Lake and great place to take the kids boating, tubing, wakeboarding and water skiing. Definitely a must-see in the summer!

My husband and I live in Colorado, less than an hour from our vacation home. We are parents to a blended family of five teenagers, ages 17 to 21 (all, best friends), four of them, girls. My husband is a transplant from New York and, I am proud to say, a true Colorado convert. I am a native, except for a short stint in Nebraska, as a child. We love the mountains and are very proud of our mountain getaway. Our pride of ownership shows well in our home. I have a passion for interior design, especially rustic, mountain, lodge style. So if a rustic decor intrigues you, you will love our place! We clean and manage the condo ourselves (to the horror of our children) and take the utmost care in doing so...our place is extremely clean, inviting and well kept. We rent occasionally, not often...ensuring our guests have a warm, pleasant and memorable stay.

We had a fun "girls" weekend coming from Chicago to surprise our HS friend on her 50th .The place was fantastic-great views, clean, nice clubhouse. Comments from all were:"a lot of thought about comfort for all", "great way to accomodate many", "wireless was helpful when our flight was cancelled", "great soft towels". We all enjoyed the weekend and waking up to the Colorado mountain views!
