This brightly decorated beach home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. A family reunion or relaxing couples’ get-away can successfully be accomplished in this house that sleeps 13 very comfortably. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and private baths. Two surfer dude rooms are perfect for the kids with a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. Two sets of bunk beds, a full and twin bed offer plenty of fun in two separate rooms for the kids. The top floor is the secret! A large, well-stocked kitchen, inside table to seat the whole gang, spacious living room with TV/DVD/VCR and stereo, plenty of board games will keep everyone entertained.
Two large front porches with a wonderful Gulf breeze and view are perfect for playing cards, al fresco dining or watching all the happenings at downtown Grayton. Grab a hammock chair and finish that book you’ve wanted to read. Prop your feet up and 'sea' forever over that sugar white sand and sparkling blue water!
The house is furnished with all hardwood flooring, eclectic art from local artists, funky lighting, wonderful fabrics and colors "it’s not your house at home" it’s the beach! Grab your flip-flops and come on down. From the front door, you are 37 steps away from toes in the sand!
