As you walk through the exquisitely landscaped front yard, the butter yellow house with cheery red front door welcomes you and gives you a feel for the delights your eyes will encounter inside. The 1700 square foot home boasts cathedral ceilings and huge windows that overlook the expansive back yard which includes a 700 square foot two-level deck and newly added hot tub.
A flagstone patio, expansive views over Sonoma Valley as far as the Mayacamas mountains and the San Pablo Bay, with native oak, pepperwood trees and wildlife abounding, add to the country appeal of this property.
The newly remodeled kitchen, open to the living and dining areas with windows facing the lovingly landscaped front yard and deck, features granite counter tops, porcelain sink, new high-end electric stove and hardwood floor. The rest of the house has been recently carpeted throughout and freshly painted in soft yellow and sage with bright accents.
The master bathroom has wood floors, with glass-enclosed tub and shower, while the second bathroom in the hall has tile flooring and tub with shower, including ample storage space. The home can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with a king bed in the master and second bedrooms, a queen bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the "bonus" room downstairs.
Very family friendly, the fully fenced backyard allows for lots of exploration and outside play (well-attended, of course) for our younger guests. POLICIES Children are welcome by prior arrangement; Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and upon payment of deposit. A $500 refundable security deposit will be required, with liability release form. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed on the property, either inside or outside. Housekeeping will be provided at no extra charge at the end of your stay, unless otherwise stipulated. If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, you may arrange it at an additional charge.
A release of liability and agreement re: damages will be required from each guest at check-in, along with a refundable security deposit in some cases. This is a quiet, residential area, and guests shall be cognizant and respectful of neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum. No parties may be hosted at the property. There is a two night minimum stay at all times.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent shall be required at the time of making the reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received earlier than 30 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations received later than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount due for the stay. In the event of such late cancellation, the guest will receive a refund for any nights that can be re-booked. During the off-season (November through April), special rates may be available and minimums may be waived. Please call or e.mail for more information.
