Unit is fully decorated and includes special added touches during November-January with decorations for the holiday season!

Condo is located in the Lakeview/Lincoln Park area. Great part of town!

Walk to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and bars all in a safe upscale neighborhood! Our unit is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Plush linens, utensils, even soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your use and comfort. All the features of home for your vacation or corporate stay!

Express bus stops right out front and will have you holiday shopping the Magnificent Mile within five minutes! The Addison "L" (subway) stop is only five blocks away too! World famous restaurants surround you. For those wishing to relax in the condo, take advantage of our new kitchen with granite counters, beautiful dry bar, stainless steel appliances and a great breakfast bar! We provide all coffee and tea too! Large Jewel grocery/liquor store located just one block away! Watch your favorite cable movie on our living room flat screen 26 inch TV or rent a DVD/VCR.

After a long day of shopping or sightseeing, enjoy a hot shower in our newly remodeled marble shower/tub and granite sink. Herbal Essence soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided as well. Cap the day off with a relaxing rest on our plush queen size-bed with superior linens while looking out the window.

We provide our guests with an in-unit binder that highlights the building, local points of interest, bus schedules, and restaurant menus from some of our favorite places!

Whether you are in town for a romantic getaway, Chicago Bears/Cubs game, holiday shopping experience, visiting family/friends, or a corporate stay, our unit is perfect for you! We look forward to making your stay in Chicago a unique and memorable experience!

RATES/DETAILS: $175 per night + $75 cleaning fee (WINTER SPECIAL $100 per NIGHT). A great rate for this luxury unit (don't be fooled by others offering a rate like this that really have a converted hotel room for you). Our unit is a TRUE condo!   • If you are looking for a great home away from home, please consider this Chicago condo. I stayed for five days/four nights, and will definitely return! The view of the lake is stunning, you can even see the lights of Wrigley Field. The hosts have everything you could possibly want in this lovely condo, including a wonderfully perfect bed. I will return!

  • 7-24/08-7/27/05 Just finished a 3 day weekend in this wonderful condo. It was such a pleasure to stay here. From the moment we entered we felt at "home". It is a very nice and safe neighborhood. Very easy to find from the airport-Midway-and was such a easy walk to Wrigley Field and the Lakeshore area. We will be staying here again when we visit for our "Cubs" weekend. Would recommend Angelina Ristorante on Broadway-wonderful food and atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo for your Chicago stay.

  • Our stay at this 1st rate condo made our trip to Chicago one of the most enjoyable vacations I have ever had. The location is enough to book this condo with the "El" 4 blocks away and bus stops right outside the building (not to mention Wrigley Field and Lake Michigan within eyeshot of the condo), but the attention given to the condo itself is what makes this a fantastic place to stay. Every amenity is provided and every inch clean! When I go back next spring, this is where I will stay again.

  • Our stay at the condo was excellent. We really appreciated being in a secured building, and public transportation was very close, making getting around Chicago much easier. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the remodeled fixtures. I think we spent as much time in the condo as we did touring! Thanks again for the wonderful place to stay, and I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone.

  • My son and I have returned from our stay at your condo, and it worked out great! We parked our car on the street, bought two CTA passes, and had a fantastic long weekend. We enjoyed the view from the roof (even though it was freezing when we went up on Friday!), and the convenience of the location. Walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, park, Wrigley, and the Red Line el- train. We enjoyed DePaul U., a fantastic restaurant on Michigan called Mercat a la Planxa, a show at the symphony hall, a walk around Wrigley Field, as well as Michigan Ave, Millenium Park, and the Blue Man Group. The accommodations were perfect for us, and we hope to visit again.

Just steps from terrific shops, restaurants, Wrigley, transportation by CTA bus or train. I could go on and on. I plan to stay at this condo every trip I make to Chicago. Go Cardinals!

  • I can't say enough good things about this condo. I recently reserved it for my parents who were in town from Iowa. It was absolutely adorable and extremely convenient, even without a car. It's in a great area and is priced right. Greg was a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to get us the key on short notice. I'll definitely book this unit again and would highly recommend it to anyone as a hotel alternative in the Windy City.

  • This studio is a great location on Lake Shore Drive, blocks from the train station and Wrigley Field. Plenty of space in kitchen and studio is divided for privacy and includes a tv in both spaces. Decor very nice. Our Chicago friend was very impressed compared to other units in the area! Security 24 hours a day and great rooftop view. Thanks for the quick response and working with me so close to our trip date.
