Lake Berkley Resort is a well manicured, upscale, gated community, landscaping, a natural lake with nature trail, gazebo, sandy beach, tennis, volleyball, basketball and playground. The clubhouse has a large hall with bar area, games room with arcades, & pool tables. There is a gymnasium. At the clubhouse there is community pool with Jacuzzi if you get tired of your private pool.
Our house is located on superior west facing lot. The house is sparkling clean, and pleasantly appointed in leather furniture. There is an open living room facing the pool, kitchen, dining room, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Washer and Dryer are in the garage. Gas grill, bikes and a crib. The location is ideal, next to shopping, 32 golf courses, attractions including and Disney. Pool Heat is available. Games room in house, pool table, foose ball help sdd to the fun.
