Our Powder Pointe condominium offers rustic ski town charm with all the upgraded amenities to give your vacation a luxurious feel. There are restaurants, ski rentals and ice skating at the resort center. You'll reach the quaint shopping and dining district of Historic Main Street in fifteen minutes by foot or five minutes on the Free Shuttle Bus that is less than a block from the condominium complex.

Why the Owner Chose Powder Pointe
The Powder Pointe complex is simply in a great location for enjoying the slopes--in summer as well as winter. The biking/hiking trails at PCMR are varied and beautiful. The parking lot of the resort is just across the street so it's a short walk with equipment to reach three lifts. Plus, we really like the condos. They have a nice cozy floor plan, a fireplace, great view of the mountain and--my number one must have on any ski vacation--a big hot tub on property!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Whether it's State-side or overseas, whenever we travel, we almost always rent a house or condo directly from the owner. I know what I like in a vacation rental. I want a convenient location so that we don't have to drive unless we want to. I want a comfortable bed and linens. I want a dishwasher. I want plenty of plushy towels. I hate it when people only provide 1 limpy towel per person! I want the rental to be nice but we're always looking at the bottom line--what's the best place we can get for our money? I've put together just such a package with our Powder Pointe condo. I think it's truly the best unit in the complex. We're on the first floor of units (the ground floor is for ski lockers and parking) so you have the fewest amount of stairs to climb after a long fun day on the slopes. We're close to the hot tub. We walk to Main Street for dinner and events all the time from our complex and you can also hop on the free shuttle that stops around the corner. We've renovated our unit--beautiful river rock fireplace, granite counter tops and designer tile work in the kitchen plus all new appliances (including a dishwasher--not all Powder Pointes have them!!), furniture and linens. I want our guests to have a great vacation and be glad they rented our condo.

It's always been funny to me to see how much native Floridians love the snow. My husband, Tim, and I are no exception. We've skied in a number of places and resorts but Park City—with its small ski town charm, convenience to Salt Lake Airport, great restaurants and blankets of the white stuff—quickly became our favorite. So much so that we picked up and moved here permanently. And THEN we discovered the fun of mountain living in the summer. Best thing we ever did!
