Our Hali’I Kai unit is located in one of the best buildings (#12C)in the complex, situated on the signature 12th hole of the famous Beach Golf Course with fabulous UNOBSTRUCTED oceanfront views of the golf course and stunning ocean views! As you enter through the front door of our beautifully decorated, brand new, two bedroom, two bath home, you will be truly immersed in the Aloha spirit. An exceptional GOLF COURSE & OCEAN view awaits you from our fully tiled lanai, including volcanos, the golf course, swaying palms, white water waves, and the ocean sunsets. Also in the winter and spring months, whale watching is right off the lanai and Ocean Club (bring binoculars!). The views, our comfortable decorating and amenities will soothe your soul.
We are just a few steps to the fantastic Ocean Club (ocean front pools, Cafe, BBQ & Fitness Pavilion). A short walk away is the world famous Hilton Waikoloa Resort Complex. One can walk to the Hilton's well known Kohala Spa and swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin encounter, or dine at one of the 6 restaurants, sun bathe on the white sand beaches of Anaeho'omalu Bay or snorkel with the turtles, kayak over the waves or take a sunset cruise.
As our Resort guest, you will have full access to the private Ocean Club and all of it's amenities featuring a meandering Ocean front lagoon style pool that will entices you and where plush lounge chairs await to wash your cares away. The ocean club also has a relaxing spa with sandy bottom, and children’s wading pool. Get in your work out at the oceanfront fitness cabana, with it's unobstructed 180 degree view of the blue ocean and the horizon. The OCEAN CLUB Café serves lunch and tropical cocktail tempations 6 days a week and cocktails and PuPus in the early evening, or enjoy your own seaside barbecue with your family and new friends, dine in the covered pavilion. Throughout much of the year you can also enjoy all of the Hilton’s amenities for a nominal daily fee.
Activities on the Big Island include Championship golf at many famed courses, DISCOUNTED golf at the 36 (Beach and King’s courses in Waikoloa resort), tennis is available ON SITE (bring your raquets. There is so much to do!

We fell in love with this most prized location because of the location and views, and waited in line to get into building 12. The fabulous views of both the golf course and ocean are unsurpassed. We have a quiet & private location with no road or other view obstructions (that many of the buildings have). We have an on-island property manager to assist you with any concerns during your stay!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the pool and cafe area, this makes our Hali'i Kai resort unique to other condo projects. The food is terrific and it's nice to have something to snack on and a refreshing drink as we relax at the pool. Since the pool basically juts out into the ocean when it's whale season they are right there! It's amazing! Our condo also has a private BBQ on the lanai, which many do not, we find this very handy!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! This was our kids first trip to the islands, and your condo was he perfect place to stay! It is very comfortable, stocked with everything we could possibly need, in a wonderful location with a BEAUTIFUL view! We are sorry to leave, but look forward to another visit. Mahalo!

Hi Debbie, we had a fantastic time. Your condo was great, We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, the pool, the awesome whales. It was truly a very relaxing retreat. The management there was very responsive. The internet was out due to the storms that hit right before we got there and the next morning they came over and helped get it up and running. They also helped book golf for Don and a sunset sail for us. You truly have a wonderful place there. Thanks so much, we will take many wonderful memories back to China~ can't wait to come back.

Paraduse was wonderful! What a treat to wake up every morning with a view of the Pacific Ocean. We had a very relaxing two week vacation. You thought of everything. Your condo had all the things we needed to make our vacation so perfect. It was a cozy retreat at the end of a day filled with sun, beautiful views and new adventures.
