This large 2400 square foot luxurious Penthouse with a panoramic view of the Gulf and Bay has the ultimate floor plan. It offers tinted floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors which separate this amazing floor plan from it's even more amazing 576 square foot balcony that allow unobstructed views of the Gulf. This condominium was furnished with fun in mind for everyone, bright colors and beach themes were used throughout. From the balcony you have a direct view of the lazy river, two amazing swimming pools with water slides and much more.

The resort offers a beautiful 14-story sky-lit atrium in each building and 23 acres that border more than one and-one-half miles of shoreline, pristine beaches, protected natural habitat, and breathtaking sunsets. There is plenty to do at Caribe Resort: play tennis on three professionally designed tennis courts with lighting, practice your putting on two putting greens (one 10,000 Square Foot Tiff Eagle putting green), playground for the kids, saunas (dry and wet), fitness/workout rooms with state of the art equipment and flat screen TV’s, swimming pools ( indoor/outdoor--with water slides), large winding lazy river with float tubes, 6 Tiki covered hot tubs outdoors and 3 indoor hot tubs, game room with playstation, X-Box 360 and Nintendo WII, poolside Deli and much more.

In addition to the amenities listed, our unit has a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, to include a warming drawer, solid-surface granite counter-tops, wet bar with ice maker and 60-bottle climate-controlled wine cooler, full-sized washer/dryer, high-speed internet access.

The Master bedroom which leads to a Jacuzzi suite master bath has a king size bed and great view of the Gulf to wake-up to. The three guest rooms are all furnished with queen-size beds. Linen's are provided and every room has a TV and DVD player.

  • We just returned from spending a WONDERFUL week at Caribe Resort (D-PH15)Our 3 children, their spouses and our 1 granddaughter had a great time and plenty of room for all to be comfortable. The decor and furnishings made you feel like you were at home. I hope that all who stay there in the future will continue to take care of the accomadations as if they were their own. All the pools, the lazy river and the shuttle to the beach were perfect for our group. Some of our family even changed their flights so they could extend their visit. We will definitely book again for next year. Also, Penny & Gil (the owners) are a blessing to work with. They have a lovely condo graciously want to share it with others.     Penthouse 15 Owners, The penthouse is Fabulous! We booked the condo online & was hoping it looked nice but when we walked in -WOW- it was gorgeous. We were staying in Orange Beach for our daughters 12th B-Day. She had three friends come with her. They loved the Orange Beach Bedroom & the Tiki room. The condo was perfect for a Birthday getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed & the livingroom was very comfortable. We loved the resort and will definitely be back. DPH-15 will be our 1st request! The decorations throughout the condo are perfect- the kids loved them. Thanks for making our getaway so pleasant with a beautiful, comfortable unit- Great Job!

  • This was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. Every room was decorated perfectly down to the last pillow on the bed. My boys absolutely loved the Tiki room. It was a perfect little boy get-away. We also loved the Caribe's pools, slides, and lazy river. It was a kids paradise. We are so looking forward to returning, and couldn't think of staying in any other unit. This condo had the perfect view of the beach, lazy river and 2 pools. The view was breath-taking. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation we will never forget!!!

  • Our recent stay at this beautiful Caribe penthouse was wonderful. WE were amazed as we entered each room. The living, dining, and kitchen are spacious and beautifully decorated------and the MAGNIFICENT VIEW is jaw-dropping. You'll want to live on the balcony. The three awesome outdoor pools with waterslides are fun for the kids of all ages-along with the lazy river. There are 3 warm indoor pools when it's too chilly to use the outdoor ones. When you don.t want to use the magnificant kitchen, there's a deli with great hamburgers, cool drinks and ice cream. There's 2 jetted tubs to relax in before entering one of the beautiful bedrooms with the most comfortibal beds. Everything seems to be emaculately new and clean.we've stayed in many condos on the coast over the last 20 years, but the Caribe and D-penthouse 15 is the best. We can.t wait go back with friends &family soon. And you either drive across the road to the beautiful beach. in your car, or take a bus to the area under the bridge. You never have to leave this magnificant resort!

  • WOW! When we decided to go on vacation we couldn't believe it when we found this PENTHOUSE on vrbo. When we arrived we gasped as we walked through this phenomenal condo. Around every corner we were amazed at the sheer beauty in the detail that the owners put into this unit. They didn't forget a thing. This definitly isn't your typical rental condo. The ammenities were remarkable! We didn't leave the RESORT during our entire week to find something to do, because it was all right there for us. A long Lazy river, magnificent pools with HUGE water slides,putting greens for my husband,and the many HOT tubs for our wonderful evenings, and the wonderful gyms when we needed them. The kitchen had all the luxuries of home and more. We will return next year to your condo (maybe twice).We feel this was the best value for our family with 4 full bedrooms and all the amenities we saved money by staying busy there versus going out and paying for recreation. We took care of your condo like it was ours so that it will stay beautiful for renters in the future.Thanks Again it was better than you described.

    Greetings- We arrived on a Thursday for our first experience in the Gulf Shores area. Went to the main offie, signed some documents, got our keys and headed for our rental unit. Pushed the PH (penthouse) button in the elevator for our ride to the TOP. Opened the door and headed for the main area. What an AWESWOME feeling at the beauty of your unit- colors- furnishings, kitchen area, we could go on & on. It's now Saturday the 14th and we are headed back to Wisconsin. Seven members our family used your condo and the related ammenities- we never had more than 6 at one time. One of us was an almost four year old grandson who had the time of his life. We always ended the day with 1 1/2 to 2 hoursin the downstairs swimming pool. Thanks we truly enjoyed ourselves in your unit. Mary & Joel OSHKOSH,WI
