A Sound Getaway!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We do a big family vacation every year - traditionally a different location and house. It was our second time back to the Outerbanks and I have finally found a house that I would return to in a heartbeat. The house has everything you need by itself but then factor in the amenities of Monteray Shores and it goes over the top!!!! My nephews took full advantage of the exercise room in the clubhouse. I enjoyed having breakfast on the deck every morning looking out over the sound. It is like oceanfront without the sand (which I am NOT a sand fan). :) I think that everyone took advantage of relaxing on the hammock. It was a great time and I would definitely recommend staying here.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
