Newly remodeled luxury condominium conveniently located within 2 blocks of the ski base. As a matter of fact, our home, Slopeside 202, offers the best of both worlds - close enough to the ski base to walk or take the free Winter Park 2 minute shuttle ride, but not too close to be involved in the traffic and congestion of the ski base area. And being close (but not too close) to the ski base is not all Slopeside 202 has to offer. We are located directly across the street from the renowned Fraser River Trails that lead all the way into the town of Winter Park - where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. Enjoy hiking, snow-shoeing, biking, cross-country skiing, or wildlife viewing on the extensive trails.
Slopeside 202 is a 3 bed/2.5 bathroom condominium complete with an attached garage. Our home will sleep 10 comfortably in beds. As you enter Slopeside 202 you will be met with a mud room complete with a bench for convenient sporting equipment removal along with a storage closet, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and all pertinent cleaning products. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the entry level. One bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and coordinating night stand, dresser, and large closet. The other bedroom, the kids' room, is equipped with a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin/futon bunk set (sleeps 4). The kids' room also features a TV/VCR/DVD, and assorted games for all ages.
The main level has an oversized and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen for even the most discerning cook, including such items as an automatic coffee maker, espresso machine, griddle, food processor/blender, and all related cooking utensils and gadgets along with a cook book for your convenience. In addition, we have provided our guests with an outdoor gas grill. Enjoy eating at the dining table while gazing at the cozy stone fire place, viewing your favorite movie on the 32 inch LCD flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, and a Sony home theater sound system, and watching the skiers swoosh down the mountain. Life is good! The living room also features a leather queen-sized sleeper sofa and a very comfortable reclining chair.
The master suite bedroom is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, coordinating furniture, and a large walk-in closet. We have stored a portable crib and high chair in the closet for your infant needs. The large master bathroom boasts a spacious vanity, walk-in shower, and a large tub for soaking those sore body parts after a hard day of sporting. And if that isn't enough, Slopeside provides its owners and guests a community outdoor covered hot tub - which is located just out the front door. Want a thrill? Run barefoot from the condominium to the hot tub and then jump in. WOW! Talk about tingling skin...very cool...
