This unit has been completly remodeled. New paint, ceramic tile floors, new kitchen with granite counter top and cabinets, and new furniture. The villa is tastefully decorated. There are TVs in both bedrooms, and unit has a high speed internet connection.

Our newly painted and decorated condo features a master bedroom with a queen size bed, guest room with 2 twin beds two full baths and a loveseat and queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size range, refrigerator (with an ice-maker) dish washer, microwave and all the cooking utensils to create a great meal. The double balcony has a great view of the ocean. The condo is less than a 100 feet to the “best beach on the East coast” and convenient to two pools.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a great oceanfront family resort. This resort is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal, close to many excellent restaurants and great shopping.
