This unit has been completely remodeled. New paint, ceramic tile floors, new kitchen with granite counter top and cabinets, and new furniture. The villa is tastefully decorated. There are TVs in both bedrooms, and unit has a high speed internet connection.
If you are looking for a perfect place for a seaside vacation, you can find it at 122 Admiral’s Row located at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Our newly painted and decorated condo features a master bedroom with a queen size bed, guest room with 2 twin beds two full baths and a loveseat and queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size range, refrigerator (with an ice-maker) dish washer, microwave and all the cooking utensils to create a great meal. The double balcony has a great view of the ocean. The condo is less than a 130 feet to the “best beach on the East coast” and convenient to two pools.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a great oceanfront family resort. This resort is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal, close to many excellent restaurants and great shopping. As one of the top 10 resorts on Hilton Head Island it has much to offer in the way of amenities, such as:

Our family had a wonderful vacation in your condo. Clean and up to date all the cooking items we needed and the decor was beautiful. Just felt like home to us. We will be back next year for sure.

We rented this condo for a week in July and it was the absolute perfect beach condo--clean and neat, updated, and the beach/nautical decor is very fresh and inviting. Every room has just what you need to make your stay as easy as possible. It's like a 3-4 minute walk to the beach from the door, so you can easily go back and forth. For a family of four, it's absolutely perfect, and even in some real humid weather, the condo's air conditioning worked perfectly. We would love to rent this condo again next summer. It's also in a quiet location--not hustle bustle like the condos near coligny circle. The photos perfectly reflect the condo, the owner is great to work with and is very helpful.

This condo is great! It is only a short distance to the beach and the decor is so nice. It is a home away from home. Very clean and neat! I would recommend it to all of my friends. Very close to nice restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! All of the furnishings were new and in great condition! The owners spare no expense in making your vacation a pleasant one! They have included lots of extras that just make life a little easier! We will definately return in the future!
