Villa Magna Residences is a gated community offering 24 hour security with on-site property manager. Located a short walk to Paradise Village where you will find grocery stores, shopping,restaurants as well as 24 hour medical assistance. We are 15 minutes away from the International Airport, and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi. Villa Magna Resisdence is located adjacent to 'Dreams Villa Magna', an all-inclusive 5-Star resort. Here you will find full service restaurants, spa, gym and kids club available to guests at a reduced rate. You have the availability to choose from various packages offered.
We have a local property manager that offers airport pick-up, pre-grocery shopping and tour booking services. She is available during your stay should you require any assistance during your stay.
The master suite has a king size bed with ensuite, including soaker jacuzzi tub. Glass sliding doors lead directly to the deck overlooking the infinity pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent bathroom. The den or third bedroom has a couch with a slide out (trundle bed), perfect for the kids,including its own bathroom. The sofa in the living room is equipped with a double pullout. Top quality linens and duvets are used throughout.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking utensils. Fridge with filtered water, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The unit also includes a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the sunsets, while BBQ'ing on the deck.
Flat screen TV's with satellite are in both the living room and master bedroom. Internet service available for your convenience. Boogie boards and skim boards available for use.

Hi Guys Now that we are back in this dreary weather I have a chance to send email . You have a wonderful home in pvr. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again. Only one complaint though. The pictures on your web site don't give enough diligence to what you get when you arrive . The only thing that came to mind was wow. We talked to several people hanging around the pool and passed on your info as they thought it would be a much better alternative than the all inclusive. I also have a web site you might want to add to your listing. We rented a car seat from www.lotsfortotsmexico.com. Wendy Garcia from b.c owns and operates within the pvr area. She and her husband were a wealth of info. thats all I got thanks again The Gorman'sRecommended for: Families with young children.

We had 10 fabulous days at this beautiful condo. You will have every amentity that you have at home and more. The pools were great to swim in -- loved the walks on the beach every morning and the unreal sunsets at night to finish your day or begin your evening!!!! A great spot for families of all ages to enjoy! We visited many restaurants in the area -- good food and all very friendly people. Going into downtown Puerto Vallarta is also a must visit. If you like a immaculate and friendly place to vacation, this is the place. We would highly recommend this condo to all. Carol the landlady was also very accomodating when needed. Thanks Dale & Rose -- you are lucky to have a beautiful home away from home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had an amazing holiday in this spectacular condo, one week was not long enough. The accomodations are as welcoming as the setting and the view is awesome! I enjoyed the beautiful sunset while having happy hour on the balcony. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the pool, beach, shopping and my favorite place Bucerias. There are also many options for dinner which are found in the information book. I have many wonderful memories of P.V. one of them is letting the music take control and dancing the night away. Spectacular location, comfortable accomodations.... what more can you ask for. Looking forward to returning to The Meldrum's Mansion. Thank you so much!!!!! Thank You for giving us a home away from home. We had a wonderful 2 weeks in your beautiful condo. 5 Star amenities and the most beautiful sunsets. There was really nothing we would change - everything we needed was right there and we would love to go back next summer. We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo. Thank you for making it so comfortable. We enjoyed the evenings sitting out on the patio sipping wine and eating appetizers while watching the sunsets and our morning coffee listening to the ocean. Loved our walks on the beach and how convenient it was to get around. Our favour walk on the beach was to Bucerias to shop and lunch. The info book you put together was excellent it had lots of information on things to do and see. We visited this beautiful condo with our daughter & grand-daughter. We all loved the walks along the beach and sitting outside on the spacious balcony day and night with a direct view of the ocean. Welcome to our new vacation home. We enjoy the relaxing beach views, wonderful sunsets, and all that a beach holiday can offer.
