Welcome to our beautiful Plantation Club penthouse villa in the world renowned Sea Pines Plantation, a gated community with 24 hour security, 54 holes of championship golf, walking and biking trails, fitness center, children activities and one of the best beaches on the Atlantic seaboard. Our fully furnished villa with expansive golf and lagoon views of the Ocean and new Pete Dye course is a top floor unit (4th) with an elevator, on site pool, and is located next to the Clubhouse and restaurant, a bicycle rental shop and a short walk to the beach. It is the closest two bedroom Plantation Club condo to the beach.
Our unit includes a living room with HDTV, dining room, well stocked kitchen and separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A master bedroom with cable TV and a swing king and a second bedroom with cable TV and twin beds. Sea Pines plantation also offers three shopping and dining villages; Sea Pines Center, South Beach, and Harbortown (with its famous lighthouse) with golf and tennis within walking distance or take the trolley instead.
