You have to see it to appreciate it!! This condo sits right on the lake so you can enjoy the beautiful view. It doesn't get much better than this. This is MAIN CHANNEL, right up front view!!!! Even if you don't bring a boat, you'll stay entertained watching all of the other boats on the lake. Enjoy sitting on our newly tiled balcony and enjoy the peace and serenity as the waves hit the shore...... This professionally decorated condo is located on Horseshoebend (mile-marker 14) and offers one of the best views in this beautiful complex. You want a good view; this condo HAS the view!! It is a lakefront unit located on the top floor; which offers privacy and is located near the pool. This condo is located on the top floor; however the steps you need to take are minimal. Don't worry about the kids being bored here as there is a tennis/basketball court located on the complex and a clubhouse at the pool. Lakefront unit - pool close by - and a tennis/basketball court. What more could you ask for? There's more..... This 1400 square foot unit is supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Just bring your clothes and your personal items and you're all set. Not quite sure what to pack? Do you always pack too much??? No problem! Wash as you go..... This condo features a FULL SIZE washer and dryer so you can launder your clothes as needed!! Our dinette table seats four, along with four at the bar. If more room is needed or you just want to enjoy the beautiful Ozark weather our bar-height balcony furniture seats six, so everyone can sit and enjoy the beautiful view. All three bedrooms offer queen size beds along with a sofa that pulls out to a full size sleeper. This condo has four televisions (with cable hook-up),two DVD players, and a kitchen that is supplied with everything you could possibly need. A gas-grill is located on the balcony as well. You're only minutes away from shopping, putt-putt golf, go-carts, and golfing. You name it, it's near by. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay this condo is for you!!! Avoid the weekend rush and all of the traffic; book a few days throughout the week so you can enjoy the lake that much more. ($85 cleaning fee applies on all stays.
