  We really enjoyed our stay. The Lakehouse was so quiet and great area. Plenty of ammenities. We would definitely stay there again!

  The house was nice and clean and just the right size for our family of 5. Nothing fancy but it was just the type of lake house we had in mind. We had a lot of fun fishing and out in the boat and the kids liked the hot tub too. The dock and boathouse were very nice and we liked that we could bring our little dog. My favorite part was the view. It was beautiful! The manager was pleasant and the reservation process was simple. We want to come back soon! Thank you for a fun and relaxing weekend!

  "Fishing Getaway " I loved the layout of the house, it was very clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the master bed was super comfy. The neighbor was very friendly and helpful. This was a fishing getaway and we caught about 250 bream and catfish just across the lake. The marina is just down the lake about 10 minutes. But beware the bridge clearance is pretty low. The stay was well worth the money.. We would definately stay here again.

  The house was great. It was very nice and very clean. The hot tub was very enjoyable, and the master bed was very, very comfortable.

  My family and I loved our week at the Lake Sinclair house! We actually wished we could have stayed a few more days! My son is 6 and loved the hidden room, he wanted to sleep in that room, and was putting himself to bed :) We also enjoyed the fishing. We didn't catch anything but we had a blast trying :). There was a lovely dog named Ginger (which was the neighbor’s dog) and we loved her company. The hot tub was wonderful! We were in the hot tub every day and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. The house was clean. The sheet and towels were comfortable. The master bedroom king bed very comfortable and nice to sleep on as well. We are hoping this rental will be available next year around the same time. Thank you so much for sharing with us this vacation rental. Mike, Amber and Cody, Reed City

  This was one of the most relaxing places I have ever been too. The master king size bed is sooooo comfortable you will sleep like an angel. The neighbors dog Ginger is awesome and so friendly. Beautiful sunrise and sunset on the lake dock. Altogether paradise.

  Was real excited about going. Arrived @ property and entered house and was knocked out by the smell in house. Thought at first it was because the house had been closed up for awhile. My husband opened the microwave and discovered someone had left some food in there and flies and maggots were in the microwave. I have never experienced anything like this. I called cleaning service and they did come out to clean it fairly quickly. But we just didn't feel comfortable using the microwave after that. Then one day a couple showed up that was coming to stay another week and wanted to view property which I thought was tacky. Thirdly, some yard guys showed up one morning and was cutting the shrubbery. It scared my husband and me because we didn't know what the noise was. So unfortunately my experience at this rental property was less than desirable.One more thing that would have been nice was if the property owners would have called and apologized for microwave incident.

  Owner response: The cleaning team was fired right before the guests arrived and we believe they may have done this on purpose out of spite. Our new cleaning team fixed the problem as soon as possible. The guests that showed up did so on their own and were never authorized to view the property. We have had thousands of happy guestsn staying at our property.

  I just wqanted to thank you so much for renting us the lake house. We had a great time and it was beautiful. My best friend who we had the surprise weekend for had never been to Lake Sinclair and she had an awesome 1st experience there. She was in awww when she walked in. I hope to rent again for future girlfriends weekends! Thanks for everything.

  MY HUSBAND AND I TWO OTHER COUPLES WERE AT THE LAKE HOUSE FOR JULY 4TH. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE VIEW WAS AWESOME AND WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED GOING IN THE HOT TUB AT NIGHT. IT WAS THE RELAXING WEEKEND THAT WE ALL VERY MUCH NEEDED. THANK YOU

  We really enjoyed our stay! The house has many different sleeping areas and the kids loved the "secret bunk bed room." for the money it's a great value. Kids and adults loved the hot tub! The view of lake is pretty. Really nice dock. Neighbors are friendly and helpful!
