This is beautiful, modern home that is so peaceful and private. The furnishings are top quality and the beds are very comfortable. There are no houses surrounding it, so at night you have a spectacular view of the stars. From the master bedroom, we could look out the window from the bed and feel like we were facing the Big Dipper! Sunrise and sunset are both beautiful here with the expansive view of the ocean. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It doesn't take long to drive to great beaches, like Hapuna Bay. Nearby Kawaihae has a very good, casual restaurant (Cafe Pesto) and the best shave ice (Anuenue). You'll have to drive a ways to get to a grocery store. We thought Hawi to the north was charming. Leilani and Marla from the property manager's office were extremely responsive and really made sure we had a good experience.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
