This ground floor unit just got completely remodeled and professionally decorated with luxury and comfort in mind.
The Chef's Kitchen boasts solid granite countertops and custom cabinets. Full size stainless steel appliances compliment the kitchen. The refridgerator has filtered water with an ice dispenser and the dishwasher is a huge plus. Brand new pots, pans, knives, plateware and glassware. You even have an oceanview from the 5 burner stove and convection oven. Of course there is a coffee pot and Kona coffee to jump start your day. As a professional Chef here in Maui I know you will love and enjoy this kitchen like I do.
The spacious bedroom has a new King size pillow-top bed with high thread count sheets and lots of pillows. You'll notice the pineapple theme throughout with the hand carved Teak headboard and matching dresser and nightstands. The pictures framed in Hawaiian Koa are from a local photographer of a Kaanapali Sunset, Honolua Bay, and a Famous Hana waterfall. There is a flatscreen TV with a DVD/VCR combo so you can snuggle up to a good movie before drifting off to sleep. The air conditioning, ceiling fan, and plantation windows allow you to create the perfect sleeping temperature. Sweet Dreams.....
In the Living room is a Sony 37" HDTV Plasma TV/DVD/CD and a Sony theater surround sound system. The new sofa sleeper has a thick queen matress if you need an additional sleeping area. This is a great couch to relax on, watch TV, and enjoy the unobstructed oceanviews. The library is stocked with books on Hawaii and Maui, a copy of "Maui Revealed" is here as is a copy of the "Road to Hana" CD and map. Even a few Soduko and crossword puzzle books. A few CD's of Hawaiian music round out the living room.
The newly remodeled bathroom is clean as a whistle. New sink, toilet, tub/shower are all top of the line.
Your reserved and FREE parking spot is just 30 feet from your front door for ease with golf clubs, boogie boards, or kids. Out the back door is the big blue ocean, the pool and the "Tiki Terrace"
The "Tiki Terrace" as the locals call it is an over the ocean tiki torch lit deck. It seats 40 people and has 3 full size Weber gas BBQ's for your use. Guests gather here to enjoy the sunsets with old friends and meet new ones. It can be reserved in advance for weddings, family reunions, or just a fun BBQ sunset party. During the winter this is a great spot for whale watching and the views of Lanai and Molokai are amazing. Mai Tai anyone?
The resort is ideally located between Kaanapali and Kapalua and 5 miles north of Lahaina. It has only 52 units on 2.5 acres of prime oceanfront. The grounds are filled with Plumeria trees, palms and lots of tropical flowers. Within a mile is a full service grocery store, Farmer's Market, and many restaurants and shops. There is even a shuttle pick up in front of the resort that goes to many popular visitor destinations.
We have lived in Hawaii for over 15 years and live near the condo to help in any way we can.
