In June 2007, the New York Times selected our unit out of all of the available units in Destin to feature in a real estate piece written for the paper. NY Times writer, Amy Gunderson researched the units in Destin and was so impressed with the amount of upgrades and extras within our unit that she featured it in her article.
Welcome to our vacation home in Ariel Dunes II (completed Spring 2007), Destin’s newest luxury high-rise condominium, located within the incomparable Seascape Resort. We would love for you to be one of the first to stay at our brand new vacation home; with so many exceptional features and amenities you will wonder why you didn’t book an extra week!
Our unit is located on the 14th floor, providing you with a completely unobstructed view of the waves lapping against the shore. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath platinum unit features 9 foot ceilings, beautiful porcelain tile throughout the common areas and plush carpet within each bedroom. The living room is furnished with an inviting loveseat and cozy sofa (which is a sleeper sofa, offering an additional 2 sleeping accommodations), with a 50" plasma, flat panel HDTV and DVD player.
Your guests can enjoy an evening cocktail at the bar with its 3 comfortable bar stools, while you prepare a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Everyone can then continue into the dining area; which boasts a large and spacious table with seating for six.
Our kitchen is complete with stainless steel GE profile appliances: refrigerator with filtered water & automatic ice maker, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. You will find that our kitchen is extremely well-equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee & espresso maker, blender, and toaster - everything you could possibility need! To round it all off, the granite countertops, tile backsplash, and the beautiful wood cabinetry all serve to enhance the rich elegance throughout our vacation home.
The master bedroom is presented with classic elegance. You will not miss the comfort of your own bed as this one has been outfitted with the finest custom linens and fabrics. The king size bed has a luxurious pillow-top, adorned with 400 thread-count sheets and lots of comfy pillows. A wide 32" LCD flat screen HDTV sits atop the full length dresser. The master bath features a double vanity, garden tub with a warm tile back splash, and a separate shower. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides private access to the balcony from the master bedroom, offering a romantic late night view of the sunset!
The second bedroom features two twin size beds with a beautiful dresser and separate closet. It also has its own 20" LCD flat screen HDTV and DVD player. This bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway. The view from the guest bedroom is impressive, providing a peaceful look across the Seascape golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
A separate laundry room with a full size, LG front loading washer and dryer are available within our unit. Free local phone and wireless internet access is also at your disposal. You will also have a XBox 360 gaming system available to help keep all ages entertained while Mom and Dad are preparing dinner, or on that one rainy afternoon!
Ariel Dunes is the perfect getaway, whether you’re a family of two, four, or six, Ariel Dunes has so much to offer! No matter if your stay is in July or January, you will love the variety of activities available to you. There is an 18-hole golf course on the property; a championship course is located within minutes of our unit, at Emerald Bay. Eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, well-equipped on-site gym (complete with cardio equipment, machines, and free-weights), a sauna and steam room.
There are three pools totaling 11,000 square feet and one is heated. Both children and parents alike will love the benefits of the zero-entry pool and waterfall.
There is also world class shopping at the nation’s largest designer outlet center, Silver Sands. There you will find everything you could ever want from Nike, Under Armor, Kenneth Cole, Nautica, J.
