Named after one of our favorite destinations on the Indian Ocean in Bali, you will be staying at one of the finest condominiums directly overlooking Aransas Bay on the Texas Gulf Coast. Completely remodeled in January of 2007, our condominium is located just off Key Allegro in the most popular Allegro North Condominiums on South Fulton Beach Road. Rockport-Fulton, in the Texas Riviera, is located just 20 minutes north of Corpus Christi (International Airport), 120 miles from San Antonio, 180 miles from Houston, and 380 miles from Dallas.
Villa Nusa Dua offers 180-degree panoramic sunrise views of Aransas Bay and a shaded balcony in the afternoon--perfect for evening cocktails. Bring your boat/jet skis and launch them from the private boat ramp for a day on the water. Allegro North has two pools, private/lighted fishing pier, tennis courts, wide open manicured grounds, and sits on 10 acres of waterfront property in a prime location. Everything is furnished with your stay except food/drinks. We prefer no pets, however small pets may be allowed with deposit. Villa Nusa Dua guests can use our private boat slip in Key Allegro subject to availability.
