  We stayed two weeks at Cheryl's condo and it was exactly as advertised. Access to parking and building ammenities was great. Unit was clean and stocked. Beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus and made beach vivits a pleasure. Booking was a breeze, and we would definitely stay there again as it is a great central location to all Maui has to offer.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

  My husband and I spent 4 nights in this condo for the beginning of our vacation on Maui. It is a great central location to access all areas of Maui, convenient to shopping, restaurants and great beaches and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The condo is outfitted with everything you will need for your stay and we found it easy to cook in the kitchen and also great to be able to use the outside condo grills. Appreciated the use of the great beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Onsite staff were very responsive and helpful and working with the owners was a pleasure. We have used VRBO rentals for years and this one definitely met and exceeded our expectations - great place and a great value. Thanks to Cheryl & Max for sharing your little bit of paradise with your fellow Northwest sunseekers! We hope to be back someday soon.

  My two sons and I stayed at the Village by the Sea Condos in unit 129. We had such a great time. The condo was perfect with everything you needed to enjoy your vacation. We loved the pool and hot tub, hanging out playing dice and dominoes and visiting with other guests. The condo was comfortable and clean. The parking was right outside the sliding doors so unloading luggage and groceries was super easy! The people in the office were wonderful and friendly!!! Go and get help making plans for your vacation fun...lots of ideas and good prices!!! Kihei is the place to be...easy going, sunny and warm. If you want a great vacation at a great price, check this place out!!!!

  My husband and I stayed at the condo for our 10 year anniversary. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was very quiet. The ocean view from the lanai is great. It is a partial view but still gorgeous. This condo is centrally located. Just down the road lots of shops, STARBUCKS, beaches and resturants. Lahina is only about a 25 minute drive and only 10 minutes from the airport. I would highly recommend this condo. The owners are very easy to work with. We hope to return someday soon!

  We had a great experience staying in this condo. The building was easy to find and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. The condo was just the right size for the two of us ... but a family of four would also be comfortable. The building was quiet- no loud neighbors :) The pool was nice- nothing special but nice none the less. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and even had good coupons for snorkel gear. The best part about this condo is the abundances of towels. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels. You'd be surprised how many you go through. The king size bed was super comfy. Cheryl, who owns the condo with her family, was quick to respond and extremely nice. We'd definitely rent this condo again! :)

  We've just returned from a refreshing six week stay at this condo from Mar 6th to April 17th 2012. All the accolades you'll read about this unit are true.We were here four weeks in 2011 which was great- even with the threat of Tsunami. We have it reserved for next year 2013. What makes this unit unique is the little extras. Extra clean inside and out.Extra quiet after 10 PM. And the extra attention you receive from the front desk. This owner is very conscientious. Last year during the Tsunami threat we left the condo for high ground [ just in case]. When Cheryl could not reach us she called back to our home to be sure we were OK. She never bothered to asked about her condo. Most owners show very little concern once they get your money. Cheryl is not like that

  Very nice place! Clean and quiet and right by a great beach. We thought it was perfect to travel to all sides of the island and close to the airport. The owner was very accommodating when our traveling time became a bit of a nightmare, she helped us out a lot and saved our vacation. The bed was comfy and the living area has a great view, plus the plumeria trees smell wonderful! Thanks for a great stay! I'd say one thing we did wrong and that was not staying long enough.

  What a wonderful condo! The description is accurate, the value, parking and access are great. The owner is very easy to work with. The ocean view from the lanai got better while we were there because the property next door trimmed their trees and removed quite a bit of brush. The bed is quite comfortable. The pool area is clean and not crowded. The shower outside the pool area was great for rinsing our feet after walking the beach. The laundry room was clean and very easy to get to even though its on the 2nd floor. An excellent central location for exploring the island, which we spent a lot of time doing. Dress very warm if you go to Haleakawa for the beautiful sunrise. For some awesome views, hike part of the Sliding Sands Trail which starts at the upper visitor center parking lot. We definitely recommend this condo and hope to reserve it for a few weeks in October.

  This property was very clean and well maintained. Parking was included and very handy especially if you're beach bums as we are. Your car is only steps away meaning you're only steps away from every beach and there are many.This landlord is very up front and honest. We've rented at many different resorts and honesty is most important to us.You won't find a better value. We have reserved this unit for our 2012 vacation.
