The North of Nell is the best location in Aspen. Starbucks and multiple ski shops in the building, in addition to underground heated parking. Located in Gondola plaza at the base of Aspen Mountain, next door to the Little Nell Hotel. From the elevator you are 20 steps to Starbucks without having to leave the building, and another 20 steps to the gondola on Aspen Mountain.
Unit was completely remodeled in 2008 with no expense spared. Everything is brand new, with flat screen tv's in bedrooms and built in DVD's. This is a 1600-square-foot unit, is very spacious and has an amazing view looking straight up Aspen Mountain. Combination of size, luxury, and location make this the BEST CONDOMINIUM IN ASPEN - IT WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Rivals any suite at the Little Nell Hotel, with same ideal location.

We stayed over Labor Day Weekend. The location can't be beat. Kimmy (the owner) was so awesome. The place is nicely decorated and very modern. The only negative thing to say (which isn't even a big deal) is that the 3rd bathroom is really small. Not really comfortable for adults to take showers in. I would definitely stay here again!!!

If you need/want the option to live like you're at home with beautiful finishes, a gourmet kitchen and unparalleled comfort then this is the perfect unit. Located steps from the base of AJAX mountain the location is even better than the Little Nell. I've stayed here many times and would return without hesitation. Owners are very prompt and professional. 5 out of 5 stars.

My husband and I loved renting this property! It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for our trip to Aspen! We love to cook and the kitchen is Awesome! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the entire place clean and up to date! The location is PERFECT!! In fact, you could not ask for a better location! The owner was super organized and helpful with all of our questions we had about the rental and the town.We will be back this holiday season for sure and cant wait to stay in our favorite Aspen rental! Amazing Unit!! I have stayed in many rentals in Aspen, and this is one of the very best! Very spacious, Best location, and looks right up at Aspen ( ajax ) mtn! Underground heated parking is great to keep your rental car/suv warm, not that you need it since you can walk everywhere from this Condo. I would recommend to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom place to have a great vacation in. Take the elevator downstairs, jump on the Gondola and go ski some POWDER
