Kitchen - Aspen Condominium The North of Nell is the best location in Aspen. Starbucks and multiple ski shops in the building, in addition to underground heated parking. Located in Gondola plaza at the base of Aspen Mountain, next door to the Little Nell. From the elevator you are 20 steps to Starbucks without having to leave the building, and another 20 steps to the gondola on Aspen Mountain. Unit was completely remodeled in 2007 with no expense spared. Everything is brand new, with flat screen tv's in bedrooms and built in DVD's. This is a 1600-square-foot unit, is very spacious and has an amazing view looking straight up Aspen Mountain. Combination of size, luxury, and location make this the BEST CONDOMINIUM IN ASPEN - IT WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Rivals any suite at the Little Nell Hotel, with same ideal location. 50% deposit due 10 days after agreement. Full payment 30 days prior to checkin
Cancellation Policy:  Full refund within 90 days of arrival date
25% penalty: 60-90 days of arrival date/ 50% penalty: 30-60 days of arrival date
No refunds if cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival
