The kitchen features granite tops, stainless appliances, dishes, and all the cooking utensils you will need, plus an abundance of cabinetry. Bottled water is included. You are steps away from the pool in this ground floor condo.

This is a private, quiet location on the golf course and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you like to snorkel, send us an email and we can tell you some great places to go. For you divers, there is a company located right in our condominium complex that offers great diving packages!

You are less than a 5 minute drive to the beach!

Puerto Aventuras is a great place to visit and has so much to offer! If you are looking for a short or longer term rental that has beautiful amenities and is reasonably priced, then look no further. We also have a manager that will take care of anything you may need during your stay.

  • Property has One King and Two Single Beds (these can be pushed together to make a queen). Sectional couch can accommodate a child and there is a single airbed. Currently, the pool is not open so we are offering a Special Price through April 2007!! There are golf cars to rent in town, internet cafes, tennis, dolphin encounters, restaurants, shopping, diving, fishing, parasailing - so much to do! We will be offering our own golf car with this condo soon! Beach access is a 10-15 minute walk - email me and I can tell you where to access and great places to snorkel. Day passes are available at the Omni hotel for about $25 This condo is in a private area, very quiet at night, and located right on the Golf Course. You will absolutely love this new condo and Puerto Aventuras - we have been to many place in MX and fell in love with it here!
