Our vacation home will make your stay memorable.The unit has been furnished professionally and includes: dishes, toaster, blender (and other kitchen items), refrigerator, dishwasher and stove, 32" LCD TV and DVD player, linens and towels.
This one bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the FOURTH FLOOR allowing you to have a wonderful view of the resort and the Gulf of Mexico. This condo will easily sleep six. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath. There are twin bunks and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper. Outside enjoy the hot tub and heated pool or enjoy a day at the beautiful beach.
Pier Park is 1 mile away which has great restraurants including Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville. Also it has many shops and boutiques. The amenities at this resort include heated pool, hot tub, Starbucks on site and Sky bar.

I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Let me start by saying the staff at Emerald Beach are rude! The power went out and I was laughed at by the front desk when I asked what was going on. The drinks at the poolside bar are $8, and you don't even get a thank you or anything when they plop it down in front of you. Two of the elevators were broken the entire time we were there, thank goodness we were staying on the 4th floor and didn't have that far to walk, but mind you it was July and the stairwells are not airconditioned. When I complained about the elevators, I got no where! Now let me get to the actual condo, upon arriving, we discovered the master bath tub dirty with a ring around the tub and it would not drain, we called the owner, she told us to go buy some draino and something to clean it with? Really? For the money we paid, I wouldn't think we would have to clean and fix the plumbing? Then my husband hung a towel on the towel rack in the bathroom, the whole towel rack fell off the wall, the ice maker didn't work the whole time, we had to go buy ice, we also reported this to the owner as soon as we discovered it, she did nothing about it. Then the icing on the cake was when my daughter went to open the sliding glass door to the balcony and the handle broke, now all she did was unlock it and pull it open and it broke, again we called the condo owner and she said she would have someone to repair it, so for about 3 days, we could not enjoy the balcony. then the repair man comes and he said the handle that was on it was cheap and wasn't strong enough for that door because it was so heavy and he has had to replace many of them. When I got my deposit back, finally, the owner had deducted $138 for the repair of the handle and will not return calls or e-mails as to why she deducted for a flimsy handle that was not made for that heavy of a door. So I suggest that no one rent this condo unless you want to pay for her poor upkeep of the condo! I have rented off of VRBO for years and I have NEVER had this type of experience! So if the owner would like to give me the rest of the deposit back that would be much appreciated!

The condo is beautiful and has lots of room to be a 1 bedroom. We like the location and it is convenient to many restaurants. We definitely would rent again.

The condo at Emerald Beach Resort is great. We have rented numerous properties at Panama City & this one is by far the best. Great location in the building & this end of the beach is the place to be. Beautifully decorated & very spacious & open floor plan. We highly recommend this condo. property.

The condo in Panama City Beach is outstanding. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need to stay there. The pool and hot tub are great and the water is only a few steps away. Parking is a breeze and there are many great restaurants in the area if you are planning to go out.
