Welcome to our beautifully decorated top floor condo. The enormous great room has a spacious living area with 12’ ceilings, tons of windows, comfortable seating, cable TV and DVD and is painted in warm, tropical colors. The gourmet kitchen has bar seating for four across a gorgeous granite counter, as well as all stainless steel appliances. The separate dining area has seating for your whole family. Relax on the deck and enjoy spectacular fireworks - don't miss them every Friday night at 10:30 pm!
All three bedrooms have been furnished with high quality furniture and bedding. The huge master suite has a queen bed, private bath and cottage-style furniture. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and is painted sage green. The third bedroom has a nautical theme with a single bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed (4 sleep very comfortably here). All rooms are attractively decorated with ceiling fans and TVs. The condo features a full size washer and dryer, off-street parking for 3 cars, garage storage and an outside shower.
North Wildwood is a wonderful shore community --- relaxing ocean breezes, wide (FREE) sandy beaches and the action packed world famous Wildwood Boardwalk --- there’s something for everyone!
PLEASE NOTE: FAMILIES ONLY, NO Smoking, NO Pets, NO Singles or Groups, NO Seasonal Rentals. Check-in Saturday 3 PM. Check-out Saturday 11 AM. One-week minimum stay. Half rent due when booking. Balance and a refundable, security deposit of $500 due four weeks before the start date. When we receive the balance in full and security deposit, we will mail the keys directly to your home.
