Gorgeous 1600 square foot condo in the most desirable complex in PCB. Tidewater Beach Resort is Panama City Beach's newest luxury gulf front resort. Our 26th floor penthouse condo has fabulous upgrades such as 10ft ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite counters in the kitchen, travertine floors, counter lighting and of course, the amazing views!
HOME AMENITIES: The master bedroom looks out over the gulf. Enjoy waking up to the beautiful water views from the bed or the 2 swivel chairs by a bay window that make this a quiet retreat to enjoy your morning coffee. The spacious master bath has a soaking tub & separate shower. Our bath has a 'spa' look and feel to help you relax. There is a sliding door leading to the balcony from both the master bedroom and the living room. The large guest room has 2 extra long twin beds. We furnished this room with 'Tommy Bahama' furniture to give you a vacation retreat. We also have a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry and all dishes and appliances to make your stay 'just like home'. We have a stackable washer dryer so you don't have to pack a lot of clothes...bring your sunscreen, swimsuit and toothbrush! Furnishings are 'beach elegant'. All the thoughtful touches of first class resort living are found here: flat screen TV's an assortment of games, books and dvd's and an IPOD docking station for your music.
AREA AMENITIES: Our location provides easy access to Pier Park. This is a short walk (approx. 1/2 mile) on the beach from Tidewater. Pier Park is the largest shopping district in the area - over 900,000 sf!! It has a movie theater, department stores, restaurants, coffee shops, specialty stores...you name it! Rent waverunners, go parasailing, kayaking, or water biking right outside the lobby doors on the beach. There is a new Flow-rider for indoor surfing up the road. An aquarium with daily water shows is located on Front Beach Road. Miniature golf and Shipwreck Island for a water park are also nearby. Rent waverunners and go to Shell Island for a fun experience. Try fishing off the new pier across from Pier Park. Lots to do here!
CONDO AMENITIES: Our resort amenities include: 2 outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, a movie theater and a video game room. There is an on-site restaurant, a tiki bar by the east pool and a health bar in the gym area. Dvd kiosks are available at no charge to guests. There is also an ATM machine in the lobby. The gym with ocean views also has 2 indoor jacuzzis and a steam room and sauna in each locker area. There is a minimum age requirement to access the gym. There is also a convenience store on the first level with some essentials.

My husband and I live in Arizona. We love the beach and water so we satisfy our desire to live near it by owning condos in choice locations. We knew with the new pier, Pier Park and the new airport that things were destined to change in PCB forever! We are happy to have a beautiful condo in this lovely area.
Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
Panama City Beach has slowing been changing over the years. We wanted to find a condo near all of the newest amenities: pier, Pier Park and the new airport. The Emerald Coast beaches are some of the most beautiful sandy beaches we have ever seen. We also love the southern hospitality of this area. On one side of the street you see magnolia and pine trees and the other side has palm trees. The seafood here is also outstanding!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Tidewater has everything right on the property. 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, movie theater, gym, restaurants... We love the gym with the great water views. There is also a convenience store for some essentials. The beach service has wave runners, kayaks, sailboats and comfy loungers. You truly don't need to leave the property if you don't want to. Our balcony views are amazing. The water is so clear you can see fish swimming. Storm watching from the balcony is another favorite of ours. Tidewater is truly a complete full service property.

Our vacation was wonderful beyond words. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place. The decor and the spaciousness made it feel just like home. The view was amazing..we absolutely loved it. The elevators were quite slow at times, but we learned quickly to adapt, and now can't wait for a return visit. Thank you so very much for making your vacation home a place others can enjoy as well. We plan to return soon. Bayou on the Beach is delicious!!!

We stayed in the Aviano's Tidewater condo last week (6/14-6/20/11) and it was a WONDERFUL vacation. The condo is beautiful, very well kept and comfortable. We had so much space it almost felt like home! Tidewater is a great complex and this condo's location is perfect. We had a beautiful view of the beach, and we could see the ballpark where my son's tournament was taking place from the entryway to the condo, so that was fun, too! Being on an upper floor has its advantages, too. We did not experience any noise from the street or partying on the beach; and we always had an empty elevator when we were heading downstairs. We did learn through the course of the week that we needed to allow 15 minutes for the very unpredictable elevator situation; but other than that, we have no complaints and if we ever visit PCB again, we would certainly want to stay here. We'd also recommend The Sandbar restaurant that's right around the corner on Hwy 79. It looks like a total dive from the outside; but the food is EXCELLENT.

My family stayed here in May 2011, the place was great. We enjoyed all the room that was available in the 2 bedbroom 2bath condo. Great decor and the beds are really comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners where very informative and easy to work with. I would recommend this to anyone and we will stay here again next time we are in pcb. The rental price is very affordable and alot more reasonable than most. Thanks so much!!!

What a beautiful condo. I plan on staying there every year. Everything was decorated beautifully. The pictures on this site don't do this condo justice. The kitchen was perfect and the balcony had a great view. We felt very comfortable there. The area was great as well. The beaches were beautiful and there was great shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo in October of 2009 and had the best time ever! The condo was so clean and the owner was very easy to work with. Her decoracting is awesome. I took some of her designs home with me. The pools are wonderful and I loved having a place to eat and get a drink on site. I will stay her again and have told all of my friends and family!
